EDIT: I couldn’t agree more with one of the other reviews. Dunkin isn’t what it used to be. This is the closest Dunkin to my house but I have driven past it to go to limerick and collegeville because of how many times my order is messed up. But honestly it doesn’t matter because no matter what Dunkin I go to my order is ALWAYS incorrect. They either don’t have an item, donuts are inedible, coffee is made wrong, or they give you items you didn’t order and leave out items you did order. Today I went to collegeville. They messed up my order. So I went to this Dunkin and got a blue berry muffin, warmed, with butter ON THE SIDE. I open my order and it’s a blueberry muffin slathered in butter. I look at the ticket on the bag which states butter on the side. I have a stomach bug and was maybe going to try putting a very small amount on the muffin myself. But found out the hard way my order was again incorrect. I order on the app as the employees either cannot understand me or I cannot understand them. And still with the order in writing it is always wrong. From now on I’ll be getting my coffee/ breakfast order at Wawa or a different coffee shop all together.
Original review:
I tried calling about this instead of leaving a review but when you press the button for a manager it says there’s a problem and when I tried to just talk to an associate no one answered. My husband and I go to this Dunkin almost every day. With our order my husband gets about 6 of the French Culler donuts. The last 3 days in a row something has been wrong. The donuts are rock hard and completely inedible. The first day we thought it was just a mistake. We got home and had to throw out all the donuts. The next day we went the same thing happened and had to throw out the donuts we just bought. We went to a different Dunkin today and they were out of almost all their donuts. So we went back to this Dunkin, got the French crullers and again had to throw them out as soon as we got home because they were ridiculously hard. That’s 3 days of selling us donuts that you cannot eat and 3 days of wasting our money. I’m not asking for my money back or anything like that even though I probably should be. But someone needs to figure out who’s making these donuts and what they are...
Read moreDunkin’ Donuts is a shadow of what it once was—and anyone paying attention knows it. What used to be a decent, reliable stop for coffee and breakfast has become a frustrating and disappointing experience. This particular location is a prime example of that decline.
Staffing & Service: The employees seem entirely disengaged and untrained. There’s a clear language barrier, and more importantly, a total lack of urgency or care. Orders are processed at a painfully slow pace, even when the store isn’t busy.
Order Accuracy & Food Quality: Mistakes are the norm here, not the exception. If you don’t double-check your order before leaving, you’re almost guaranteed to be missing items or receive something completely wrong. The food itself is subpar—even by fast food standards—and appears hastily thrown together.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: The hygiene practices here are a serious concern. I’ve witnessed staff handling food without gloves and, shockingly, even picking their noses. That alone should raise red flags for anyone who values basic food safety.
Customer Service & Accountability: If the store makes a mistake, be prepared to be blamed for it. Don’t expect a refund, especially if you used the Dunkin’ app—unlike most modern businesses, this one doesn’t issue credits or refunds easily. Instead, they argue with customers and show no sense of accountability.
Customer Experience: They’ve clearly forgotten a simple truth: the customer is paying for a service. The attitude here feels like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. It’s insulting and unacceptable.
There are plenty of better coffee and breakfast spots out there—locally owned shops that respect your time, your money, and your experience. Support those...
Read moreI have never in my life been treated as rudely as I was today at this establishment. I have worked in customer service for 13 years, and would never treat anyone, let alone a customer the way I was treated. I order a large iced coffee and two donut for my kids. I knocked over my coffee while grabbing my jacket, I knocked it over, not my children. I immediately went up to the counter to let them know there was a spill and asked for a towel to clean it up. I was told that they would handle it. Already embarrassed and upset because of the accident, key word ACCIDENT, I caused I went to grab napkins to help stop it from spreading. The manager, actually maybe the owner screams "unbelievable" at the top of his lungs as he goes to grab the mop bucket, loud enough every one in the place stopped and stared. He also continued making comments assuming I could not understand him because he was speaking a different language. I get it, yeah it sucks when someone makes a mess. But accidents happen and I offered to clean it up, I apologized. I love dunkin donuts and this was my favorite one to go to, however after being embarrassed and treated like scum because of an accident, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Accidents happen, however when you're in the business of dealing with people, you dont yell at the top of your lungs and make snide comments. I would have gladly cleaned it up myself like I offered, rather then being...
