We used to love this place, but last few months has really disappointed us. Gave them one more chance last night and same thing. All 3 visits have taken close to an hour if not more to get food. First time they were packed and AC was broke so we took it as a fluke. Second time waited and when food came out most was cold. Didn't get soup and when asked about it was told would be right out. After about 10 minutes asked about it again and was told the manager was about to make some more and would be about 30 more minutes. At that point just told them to forget it. Last night waitress got our drinks quickly, but they we're wrong. After that, was another 15 minutes or so before she came back to take our food order. Along with 2 other tables that came in after us. After those 2 tables, as well as another that had only been there about 20 minutes, got their food we asked about ours. Was told they were still working on it. My husband asked why was ours taking longer. At that point the waitress started to get an attitude and said, "It's only been 46 minutes since she put our order in" That and the table that just got there had got their food because, "They just ordered appetizers." My husband laughed at the 46 minute comment and said that was crazy they saw that as acceptable and to just cancel our order. At this point, the waitress went over to the bar and made a huge ordeal to the manager about how our food was almost out and we wanted to cancel. Manager came out and was great. Even offered his name to make it right next time. We told him we will never be back and we won't. Sad because it used to be one of our go tos. But waiting this long and the waitress' attitude is...

Read moreWe have been in 3-4 times already. Each experience was consistently similar.
Online ordering: Not a typical night to order take out since it was right before the Christmas parade. I can let the fact the online order process said the food 3 burgers, sliders, 4 fries, 4 drinks would be ready in 30-45 mins. We received texts saying the order was ready for pick up. It was NOT. We couldnt stand there and wait so we left to watch the parade then came back almost 90 mins later.
The food: This is the part that I can not let go....ALL of the meat patties were charred on ythe outside and completely raw on the inside. I had to take thye burgers a part at home to finish cooking the meat in the oven. So, this last visit put us over the edge with this restauraunt. $90.00 with the tip. Ridiculously expensive for what we got.
The atmosphere: Like a school cafeteria. LOUD, hard to walk around, BRIGHT lighting, 4 chairs to a table so its hard to sit with a larger group and talk, have beers, and chill. All of the windows are limo tinted preventing any visibility inside from the street. The waitresses seem to run their orders in at the waitress station next to the front door. Poorly laid out in an attempt to max out the occupant capacity. Just no character. Not a fun vibe.
I do not recommend to others. We will...
