Walgreens — Local services in Royston

I usually use the drive through but I have noticed lately, there are people from out of town and state that are using our local Walgreens. Also, I have noticed the employees are working very diligently to get all prescriptions done in a timely manner. They have to run from the front counter to the drive through to the point of vehicles sitting in the drive through too long. I know for myself if it's going to be a timely manner I will pull back around at the time to Walgreen's employer advises on how long it should take as to clear up the line or allow someone else to get their medicines at a timely manner. I frequently shop this store and it just hasn't been the same or as nice in the last year. I also see a different store manager. I used to see a lady named Delane. She was always busy and cleaning or doing something. And she was very polite and nice to talk to if I saw her while I was in the store. I could tell she really loved her job! I don't see the manager at all now when I shop. Well, just my thoughts. Just miss that tidy home look and feel like it used to be... hats off to Delane for doing a great job for Walgreens. If I could give a negative review I would. I have never ever been in this Walgreens when they could help you number one with a positive approach or in a timely fashion. I was told my script was not in the system. I called my regular pharmacy they said no problem we can have it transferred and get it in no time! She told me she couldn't find my prescription before she even knew my birthdate. How can you honestly not see it when you never even asked me that? Just not caring at all only worried...
