Pop’s Funnel Cakes — Restaurant in Ruidoso Downs

My daughter drove 40 minutes one way to pick up dinner for her and my husband and I She specifically asked for the corn dogs to be lightly fried because our first time there, it was good but breading was too dry and dark-which is why she specifically asked for them to be lightly fried. She said customer service was very poor compared to the first time we went. A truly disappointing experience and I will not be spending any of our hard earned money there unless the situation is satisfactorily resolved by owners/manager. Also, she ordered a plain funnel cake with just powdered sugar and was given what looks like apple. The person working the register completely did the opposite of everything asked...

Being a traveler, I've been to many good food trucks. But never have I been able to get a country fair turkey leg that literally fell off the bone with amazing flavor on the road. Since the pandemic, we haven't been able to go to a fair/carnival in a very long time, so we had to stop, soooo glad we did. Old fashion soda ✔️ ($3 refills at all stands with choice of cups) turkey leg ✔️, sausage on a stick ✔️ and of course the funnel cake ✔️. Definitely will be coming by here while on contract. Customer service from the woman at the soda stand was wonderful, definitely recommend people to check it out when driving through or staying...

Only giving it 2 stars because of the younger lady with blonde hair who goes back and forth from the turkey leg place to the funnel cake place she's rude and has been unfriendly twice already. The older lady who was there the first time we went, 3 days ago to the funnel cake place was really nice We're here on vacation, the younger lady needs to learn to be friendly to customers because this has a huge impact! We won't be back there again. Also, we paid for 4$ for nachos and they were put on a cheap starfoam plate with cheese spilling off the sides and the funnel cake was overcooked, popcorn was...
