Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ruidoso

Had to drop these guys a star. Think they need they front cashiers taught manners.. No "welcome to taco bell", just a simple "yes?" Young girl wasnt taught too well or just want having a good day. Didnt read back my order, didn't ask what else I needed, didn't give me an order number or name like they usually do. Nor did she say thx. Not only that had to go back up in line and wait just to get my chips and cheese I didnt recieve. I come here often and am a local so it would be nice to be treated with good customer service. Everything looked and tasted like it was premade at least 30 minutes prior to our arrival. It was well grilled on the outside but the cheese was not melted in our quesadilla and the sauce was literally all over the inside of the burrito and the tacos had less than half the meat as we usually get. I won't give a bad rating because I've worked in fast food for a decade and the employees are told to just put out products without pride of work and just speed of service. A manager told me that it's fast food, not good food. If I expected more I wouldn't go to Taco Bell and go somewhere else but we needed to eat in a hurry. It literally can't be helped most...

I have stopped for a quick meal. A few other times as well. One time sign was posted on drive through window saying open at 10am, another open at 11am. Supposed to open at 8am. Another time dining room was closed with a posted sign saying they don't have enough staff. Looks like drive through only and credit card only. Maybe they should just close down.
