Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ruidoso

Trust me we never complain!!! But , we have just received the WORST pizza we have ever been delivered!!!!! We WHERE regulars to enjoy pizza hut at least 2 to 3 times a week! I had ordered our pizza for delivery as always, to have our pizza delivered within 6 minutes of our call in, that alone through up a red flag! It takes at least 12 minutes to cook a pizza at pizza hut! I know for a fact!!!!!! When the pizza arrived 6 minutes early including delivery TIME, I know someing was not right! i questioned the driver about the all of a sudden DELIVERY, To be told if I wanted the deliver to take longer they would do so! Ok, I took it!!! So went inside, opened our pizza box to see that the pizza had looked dry and been burnt as well as had been slide around in the box for a few bumps from carelessness of the delivery or deliveries????!!!!!! By slide around I mean the cheese had got pulled away from the pizza slices that were not connecteced to the whole pizza any more which left half of the cheese to rest on the box instead of on the pizza!!!!!! So we were delivered a burnt dry pizza with only cheese on half of it, the other half of cheese stuck on the box!!!!!!!!!! Which to me, common sence comes in and says, this pizza that was delivered to my children and I had to of been precooked and possible sent to another custumer who rejected it!!!!!!!!! I called the ruidoso pizza hut from where we order, to be told with hostility that I was wrong but they will replace our pizza within 20 minutes!!!!!!! Which made me think because of the disbelief in our complaint that this establishment did not care of the situation and would not care to savatage in some nasty way our reorder!!!! So I told the manager to for get the reorder we will not be needing there services ever again they can just keep our 18$ for 1 pepperoni pizza!!!!!!! So I ended tossing the pizza do to uncertainty of the quality and health issues do to just the look of our pizza and the employees running it!!!!!!! AND SO WE ORDERED FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA INSTEAD AND WILL ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW...

I called Pizza Hut here in Ruidoso and asked if they still delivered were I live at. Told them where and that 2 of my neighbors had ordered and got their pizzas delivered here, within the last 2 months. Was told no they do not. So I finished my order and told them I would pick it up. When I get there the young lady told me that as of April, 2015 they stopped taken personal checks. I informed her that that was all I brought and I wasn't informed when I placed my order. And that between April and now I have ordered and paid for a pizza at least 3 times with a personal check. I asked for a manager, about 10 minutes later he came to the window and I told him I had 2 complaints, first that I couldn't get a pizza delivered to my apartment but 2 of my neighbors could. He informed me that they didn't delivered here. And my friend told him bull______. The manager turned red and started staying don't you darn curse at me that I'm not cursing you. And went on and on, then told us to never come back and slammed the window. I have never been treated like that before. Won't be going back there. I order pizza and wings last name night and was quite upset when our daughter came home with the pizzas. I wanted garlic butter finsher added to the pizza crust and the way my daughter had explain need it was they refused to add it cause there was no way to ring it up for food cost expense. Needless to say we didn't get any finisher. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager cause I was very disappointed. When I called and asked for the MOD I was placed on hold then hung up on. So of course I called back even more upset. While speaking to the MOD I confused her and myself cause my daughter failed to understand that this Pizza Hut no longer has the garlic finsher to place on the pizza. Once we were on the same page I felt horrible that the MOD was going to have to deal with so many people like myself that loves the garlic on the crust and are so disappointed they got rid of it. I do want to say the pizzas we're amazing and the manager was very professional dealing with the situation. I appreciate that and her understanding of the situation.
