Tried out La Salsa for the first time at the beginning of June. This is a good choice if you’re wanting something decent and has a good size dining area. It was pretty busy the Sunday we went but we were able to order quickly and find a seat. It took a while for our order to come out bc there was a HUGE family that ordered before us. I had the asado w eggs, my family had the torta and the adobada plate. It was pretty good, not fantastic but for the price it was good and we will definitely go back. The wait time was not too bad and the staff working were friendly and helpful. I will say, the meats were a little spicier than we thought they’d be, but at least it was actually flavorful and not bland like most places around town! The corn tortillas are really great! The restaurant was clean and tables cleared off quickly and the salsa bar is loaded.

I was in a huge hurry for lunch… I legit forgot this place just opened and I stopped because there was only one car in the drive thru. I was scared it would still take a little too long being that I was in a hurry… but you all are awesome! I didn’t catch the persons name that was in the drivethru but he was awesome and had amazing nails! Thank you! The chicken burrito supreme was so good. I love the freshness of the tortilla! Definitely coming here for lunch more often!!!! Nice to have a new option for food in town! I wish you were open later for dinner also lol 😂

We heard this is where the locals go, so we decided to try it out. Local restaurant in an old Taco Bell, I think, staffed with friendly, helpful, people. It was a gorgeous day to sit outside on the patio and enjoy cold beers and chips and salsa after a race. I had beef fajita tacos, which were a little bland, but easily fixed with all the different salsas from the salsa bar. Chips were just the right amount of crispy and salty, and tortillas were homemade. GO SUPPORT RUIDOSO!

We were in a group of four, but only two of us ate at this restaurant. I ordered a burrito supreme which comes with potatoes and beans. They forgot to add it, which is fine but when I let them know so they could refund me the extra charge for getting the burrito supreme. They brought me out a side of beans and potatoes, which is nice but I was already halfway through my burrito.. the beans are canned and have no flavor. The potatoes were boiled potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever on them. My partner got a chicken burrito. It was bland. We were not impressed. Out of our group of four the two of us that ate at Las Salsa‘s were the only ones who got sick. We had the exact same stomach problems for two days. While we were there, I noticed other tables were having their orders messed up also. I will not return considering how sick we were from the food and how unappetizing...

I was on my way to San Diego from Texas .I decided to re route through Ruidoso for the night .I looked at reviews for restaurants in the are LA Salsa had best reviews from what I saw .so I decided to go I'm glad I did.
