Burgers Etc — Restaurant in Rupert

Great food be be prepared to wait. Made an order of 3 basic hamburgers add tomato no onion, and took 35 minutes waiting at the drive through, only to find out they had messed it up and charged me $10 extra. I pointed out the mistake and it took them another 15 minutes to "correct" it. Only to find they'd made cheeseburgers with onion and no tomatoes. I went back for it to be fixed once more after another 15 minute wait my simple order was finally done. I normally don't send food back, but I'm not giving my lactose intolerant pregnant wife who gets nauseous when she even smells onions, and cheese burger...

My daughter and her family went through the drive-through last night after her son’s swimming lessons waited 35 minutes and never received their food. She had three small children in the car and hoping the drive through would be quicker and not the hassle of taking all the kids inside. They had her pull forward to wait while cars behind her received their food. After waiting 35 minutes with absolutely no food or even an acknowledgement that they were there and a very hungry upset baby in the back she left. So they paid for food they never received!!
