Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Russell Springs

Two things: cleanliness and honesty. I order via the app and went ahead and drove on over. I knew I would have to wait for my food, but that's no problem. I'm only like three miles away from here. I came in told them my name and that I was waiting for take up. This place is a mess. Food laying around the buffet and everywhere behind the counter. 10minute past the time the app said my food was done, the lady told me she was doing my tickets next. Then, after finally reading my ticket, she called out and asked my name again and told me she had been trying to call me because they are out of wings. Mind you, I have been holding my phone watching her for 30 minutes or more now. She never even glanced at a phone. A stupid unnecessary lie. She could have just said, sorry just run out of wings. Pizza hut is my favorite place to go in Russell Springs, that offers the best prices! But most importantly, the best customer service. They do not want you to be unhappy, they'll fix it, make it right or make it custom for you. The staff there is wonderful and always ready to help. I do like to tell others to be kind when they're having a busy night. They usually have just enough staff, if not, understaffed occasionally. So they may get backed up. I love pizza hut and there pizza its always great food and the workers are always friendly. They have messed up on my order a few times and yes I had to wait 10 extra minutes but they always made up for it by giving me a extra pizza etc..
