Dragon Buffet — Restaurant in Russell Springs

I asked for some information about what was in the food because we have diet restrictions. When I did so I was treated rudely by the man at the counter! He proceeded to roll his eyes and get very frustrated at me even though we had been regular customers before we moved out of the area a year and a half ago. His behavior was just ugly!! I calmly asked him why he was treating me so disrespectful when I have a right to ask questions about what’s in the food that I’m paying for and he just ignored me. The food was never very good, but it is the only Chinese restaurant in the area and when you’re Vegan, options are limited. We had bad tofu once before there and they wouldn’t even return our money for both of our meals, they would only give us $6 off our next meal, which we never claimed because we didn’t go back and then we moved away. So today, we decided to give them another chance and that’s how I got treated. I will NOT be going back though!! Places like that do not deserve to be in business! I’m in retail and that is just not right! I pray he will find the Lord...

Drove through town and it was closed. So decided to give it a try this time when they were open. We walked in and were greeted and asked if we were getting food to stay or go. We were able to pick where we wanted to sit. Sad to say our table was sticky. It looked like the other tables were as well. Likely due to to much cleaning solution and it being too wet. Food was typical buffet food. Was disappointed there was a sign that said you had to purchase separately wonton to go in the wonton soup that was on the buffet. Flavors were ok. Sad to say there are fans on everywhere. So before you can eat your food it’s almost cold. It’s sounds horrible but I’ve been to way worse places. Thus 4 stars. If it was horrid, it would be 1.

I like this place, and I eat here a lot because Russell county doesnt have a wide selections on dine in places, but I'm not going to give this place five star for a few reasons. Firstly, the food is not always the freshest. It really depends on what time to the day it is and sometimes what day of the week (sunday is the best for really fresh food) and when the food is fresh it taste really good, but sadly it is not always as fresh as it should be. Another problem I have with it is, the counter tops where the buffet is doesnt always look the cleanest and the counter top where the drink supplies are kinda looks cludder. If it weren't for these things I would give this place five stars. The people who run the place are also really nice I hope that they can make some chances maybe because that place has a lot...
