Acapulco Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Russell Springs

Stopped by late to get carryout.They were friendly and courteous. The food was very good. I recommend this for Jamestown and Russell Springs area this restaurant is a nice surprise. I will definitely be back .This also a good size restaurant so plenty of room to eat in also.

Just ate at this restaurant again.The food was really good the service really good. Probably the best restaurant in the area. Huge menu selection and prices are great.They made a custom burrito for my son.The service was quick and polite. Need to support this place to keep it here.Beats all the fast food options by a long shot. They also do carryout.

Returned again in 2022 June. Once again friendly service great food and good price. This place is comfy and friendly . Support them so we can have a good place to eat at in the Jamestown and Russell Springs area. This area is coming along with good restaurants. They are starting to add up really...

However, over the last six months I've had nothing but bad experiences from the Russell Springs location. In person, I order the Pollo Acapulco; the last two times it has arrived nearly sauce-less and half burnt with the chicken sticking to the skillet. Carry out orders are now frequently lacking items like orders of cheese dip or added on tortillas. New people answering the phones do not provide the same quality of service as the previous ones. This has lead to many miscommunications. The process of ordering takes longer than before and is often complicated by additional questions or interfering background noise (fans, speakers, etc). I already wrote a review for the Acapulco grill in Columbia and i would give both no stars if it was possible. But this restaurant in Russel Springs was referred to us buy a friend who said it was good. Sitting eating chips and salsa we had just ordered our drinks when our son noticed a roach thats right the bug kind. He caught it and smashed it and i showed it to the server. Luckily we hadn't received our food yet. We left immediately. I recommend traveling a little farther into jamestown to pepes. Pepes is a quality restaurant. That server didn't even comp our drinks.
