Kroger — Local services in Russell Springs

Small store always blocking the walkways trying to stock, no matter what time. Twice in the last month I've bought ground beef and had to throw it out at home after only 2 days in the refrigerator it was grayed and stunk bad! Produce is always squishy, the deli premade stuff is often expired & the selection of most everything is cheap and limited. I've shopped here for many years as we've been coming to Jamestown for 40+ years and now I'm going into Somerset with coolers and bags to keep my groceries cold and frozen until I get them back home. I used to love this place, but lately they have got some very rude old ladies working there who will snap at you for asking a question. if they don't want to work at Kroger or around people why don't they go find a job where they can lock themselves in their closets? We were on vacation in Lake Cumberland area and this was the closest store. They cram a lot into a small space as this is a regular Kroger and not Kroger Marketplace. Variety of brands is smaller, but we were able to find what we needed with no problem. Aisles are tight, but passable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
