Subway — Restaurant in Ruston

My friend and I ordered online at the exact same time - my food was ready within 15 minutes. My friend's took just under an hour. They were busy at first, I respect that. But my friend's ticket had been tossed aside, and they were calling my friend "entitled" and "rude" for going up and asking after we waited another 10 minutes after receiving my order. We weren't accusatory, just concerned that their order might've been lost, and asking to make sure that it had been received on their end. They then accused my friend of lying that their order even existed, despite them showing their app with their order saying "ready" and the location. Then, they took another 20 minutes to make their order, while multiple people came, ordered, and left with their food. The food was good, but service was just mean...

we at super one bakery door dashed our sandwiches because we couldn't leave. they messed all of our sandwiches up so we called. a man answered and told him he said he was putting the manager on the phone. the manager got on the phone she told us she went by what was on the order which was wrong cause it tell me on my door dash what was on them..instead of her saying yes mam we apologize or etc..she excused the door dash woman for taking off and adding things to our sandwiches. we got charged for a meal and for $12 sandwiches that's all we got was sandwiches..they are very rude and unprofessional..the other subway is way better than this one..doordash needs to be removed from...

I went to place an order for two sandwiches. The guy complained about making them. Then when he was making them he put the wrong cheese so I asked if he could start over. He got mad I corrected him. Then at check out he wouldn’t let me leave until I tipped him. He canceled my order 8 times before I agreed to tip him. Then when leaving he wouldn’t hand them to me because you can tell I was clearly aggravated....
