Went here 4/22 in Grambling & everything was soooo delicious. Chicken shawarma, basil hummus, garlic hummus, & falafel with garlic sauce. Can't wait to try more dishes. Service was a little slow making our order, but they had 2 big takeout orders picked up while we were waiting. Small dining area (we took ours to go). 2023- they had a food truck, but it's now temp closed 2024 ...try to go to the Ruston Farmer's Market to see them...

Freaking delicious. We had the shawarma meal, fattoush, pita, hummus, falafel, and lemonade. The food was very fresh, the falafel was crisp warm and flavorful, and the chicken was juicy. The rice was cooked to perfection. Most importantly, everything was perfectly salted. Can't wait to go again.
Update: just got the spicy beef kebab. Still delicious.
