We have dined here before. The food is good. The first time, our steak was overcooked (more medium than medium rare - not a big fuss.. waited over an hour for our food AFTER having our order taken. Right after opening, so- kind of expected. Few months later (tonight), we do take out. Steak LOOKS amazing, cut into it... completely RAW. Ice cold other than the cooked outside. We ordered To-Go, so we did not expect the best service. We had two bags of items, and I asked for the salad in the cold bag, rather than on top of the steaks... the girl looked at me like I was crazy and said she didn't care if the lettuce wilted from being hot. Like I get YOU don't care, but I just paid 80$, plus a 20% tip for CARRY OUT. I care if MY salad is wilted from being set on top of hot food. You are not waiting on our table, and I gave a good tip... why argue with me over how my food is bagged?? I don't want my food messed up.. my steak was raw and salad would've been ruined if you didn't move it to the other bag, which only had one other item in it..
Side note, if I'm taking a to-go order, and paying a tip plus the same amount I would be paying inside with drinks and actual service, yall should have a check in system where you bring it to the car. I shouldn't be paying the same amount of money for less food and less service and NO way of correcting terrible orders without having to drive all the way back to the restaurant. And having to go inside to pick up my food. There should be a text message system to say what stall you are in and they bring the food to you. I'd much rather...
Read moreFried pickles were very soggy, my boyfriend and I ordered the same meals. Our Cesar salads had no croutons, no cheese, and were drenched in dressing that was not even Cesar dressing. We could not eat the salads at all. When our steaks came his had hair in it that he noticed immediately but the waitress ran off quickly. We had a different waitress do our drinks, our fried pickles, and our food. 3 different. So I stopped someone to inform them of the hair on his food. She said “oh okay. I’ll get someone. Do you want a manager or your waitress?” We didn’t want to make too big of a fuss and said it didn’t really matter. We waited 20 minutes for our waitress who brought our drinks to come take his plate without saying anything. Then she came back and asked if he wanted a different meal. We said we’d just prefer to go boxes and to leave she said oh okay. Then disappeared, we had to wait another 20 minutes to get someone else to stop because his steak was still on our ticket. They took it off through a different system because we never saw anyone else, no one else checked back on us or apologized. Really sucks because it was starting to become one of our favorite...

At the end of the hour, we walked in to see if it was going to be much longer, and the girl looked at us and said uh oh let me go talk to a manager. In the meantime we’re just standing there. She doesn’t come back so we ask somebody at the desk what’s going on, her name was Jules.All we’re getting is the kitchen’s backed up and it’ll be a while and if we don’t wanna wait, we can go ahead and leave. I said I’ve been here over an hour. I do not want to leave. I want to sit down at the table and have my meal. Shortly after that they finally found us a table, but it was funny when I was walking to the table, I saw 6 to 7 empty tables, so I don’t know why we had to wait so long to get a table. Our waitress was Madison. She was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back for the food. I was not aware that you could call ahead and get on the waitlist next time if I decide to go back, I will do that. I did ask to speak with the manager, but no one came to our table.
