Seriosuly didnt want to make this review off the first bad experience but when we had our second, well...first time we ever came to this place, we were there at 6:30 and didn't get out till after 9:30 and not because we were hanging out. Our first visit we saw half of the place empty, but they said they didnt have tables...because they were short handed. With 3 different games and things happening in Ruston, and them booking a fundraiser for a fraternity you would think they would have been fully staffed or CALL SOME IN. We finally got a seat afte a wait of not less than 45 minutes. They said it would be 20 minutes. And the only reason we finally got a seat is because of a nice couple who asked for a bigger table to seat us with them, because we had our daughter with us. Afte getting to our seat, we waited too LONG for our food, and drinks werent being refilled without us tracking our waiter down or the man we sat with getting his own. And THEY BROUGHT my wifes salad after we were done eating. After eating we waited for a while for our check the lady we accompanied had to draw attention to our wait. It was horrible. ALTHOUGH THE FOOD WAS GREAT. So we decided to give it another shot but this time we called in. They said 15 minutes for an arugala salad and a bruschetta. We pulled up and out son went in to pay, even though when we called in they got our number, they waited till we arrived to tell us they didnt have arugula...my first thought was super one is down the road...lol. But we ordered something else that my pregnant wife wanted to try. It was the COLD hummus and chicken sandwich shouldnt take long right? WRONG. The lady told my son she would bring it out...WE WERE PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. We waited for another 20+ minutes till my wife needed a REFILL at which time we asked our son to go in top her tea off and check on the food. Well GUESS WHAT...the food was ready, sitting right there...and the girl KNOWING we were waiting right in front of the door after telling our son she will bring it out, made no apology and just handed over the food. How disappointing!!! And again I'll iterate...THE FOOD WAS STILL GREAT. BUT the timing is an issue and service can be better niether these incidents shouldve happened...where is...

Service was excruciatingly slow and the food was way too expensive for its 'okay' quality. I ordered three pizzas, a brownie and large cookie online, for in-person pick-up. I showed up to find tons of people stuffed in the entrance area, waiting for the host who was noticeably absent. I walked to the bar to ask where I could pick up my pizzas (which were already paid for). I was directed back to the host's podium. He finally arrived and took a very long time to simply find a table in a practically empty restaurant. Meanwhile, the people were still stacking up. More time goes by... I finally ask a guy who's clearing a table where I can get the pizzas I ordered and paid for? I told him all I needed was to pick them up, yet I can't find anyone to speak with. He finally finds the pizzas, I take them straight home and immediately sit down to (enjoy?) room-temperature pizza. To recap: I paid a lot more than I usually do for pizza, had to wait a long time, and didn't enjoy the pizza. In addition, I've had much better brownie and cookie. Again, I'd rate them as 'okay,' definitely not worth what they charge. I'm amazed places like this stay in business. And no, neither do I plan to go back, nor do I...

Ate there for the first time..not impressed. Ordered the truffle fries,(they were good) definitely undercooked. *No one wants soggy fries,so if your gonna drench them in the truffle garlic oil, at least cook them until theyre crisp. *,Ordered the bacon Mac and cheese pie. The Wait was not too long, but once I tasted it , I quickly realized it wasn't right..it had a sour,spoiled taste that was horrible, like 6 day old blue cheese left out in the sun. I let our server know and asked which one of the "4 cheeses" in the description would taste like that. He went to the kitchen, came back and said "that's how they make it" with no idea or answer as to what kind of cheese is actually used. We promptly left with a half off the entree discount, even though It only took me 3 bites to realize it was terrible. Not sure if you are pre cooking your pasta and leaving it in the cooler in water buckets too long..or if the cheese was bad..but it was absolutely horrible and tasted like mold. We won't be back. Based on other reviews I've seen, the quality of kitchen staff needs...
