Stay away don’t recommend service from Mgr to employees is Horrible.
I order over the phone 20 minutes before for the special stated on the line while I waited for my order to be taken. 2 Lg 2 Toppings for $12.99 each. False advertising.
I get to the store and my two pizzas are ready , I look at the receipt and the toppings are wrong on one. A Lady who proudly said She was the Manager approached me. I explained and she asked who took the order out of the Four employees no one would come forward, wow after like 5 minutes.
The one Spanish girl with braided hair nose piercing and rings on her hands. Finally said she took the order. She tried to say we ordered wrong the mgr instead of just getting this resolved, was wasting more of my time. In the back ground pizzas are falling on the floor. This place is chaos.
I know tell the mgr what I ordered again, I had to wait another 20 minutes. On top of that now the price I was told on the phone, from $28. The Manager was charging me more almost $20 & $22 for the pie with buffalo chicken w jalapeños because it’s not part of the two toppings special. Her being the manager did nothing to relieve the situation after the order was done wrong.
I said to the mgr not to make a big thing about but that girl making the pizza should have rings on while handling food.
The Proud Manager said to me she is tired of trying to get the employees to do what she says, in my mind I was wow. Is it me or is something wrong here. They have no respect for this mgr.
Any way my food came out , the Proud Manager took the pizza out of the oven and cut and boxed the pizza then brought it over to me one real hot and the other semi warm after 25 minutes of sitting on top shelve. I was already frustrated and very upset with the whole experience here. So I grabbed it and left the manager was not very professional at all.
I get home my 25 min redo was wrong again, buffalo chicken great, but they forgot jalapeños but they added things that I didn’t ask for onions and ranch sauce unbelievable the manager took the order the second time and the she took it out of the oven cut it and gave it to me. Wow unbelievable I think it’s time to change management Wasted my money here.

Read moreWhere do I begin? First, I chose contactless delivery and the order stated it was delivered shortly after I ordered it. However, the food was not delivered to the table by the door. When I checked my Ring camera, I saw that the delivery driver, Zakaria, delivered it to my neighbor's house. Upon going next door, we saw that the food was not outside (presumably the neighbors took food that was not theirs.) I called the store who got in contact with the delivery driver and the driver said that they delivered the food to a man at the "correct" location. That was false because #1 I saw him on the ring camera and #2 it was supposed to be contactless so no one was supposed to meet the driver at the door. The delivery driver himself then called me from his cell phone and started to argue with me that he delivered the house to the correct location. He couldn't even describe my house which has many colorful lights on it for spring decoration. He was incredibly rude to me on the phone. So I called the store location again and after much back and forth they said they would send a new driver out. After 2.5 hours, the food finally arrived, but at that point, the kids who the food was intended for had left my house already so it was pointless as I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat any of the food. Again, I called the store and spoke to two incompetent managers who were no help whatsoever and were not even apologetic. They then claimed they could not release the name of the delivery driver, even though the tracker showed his name, Zakaria. They refused to refund me my order and did not even offer any sort of apology or offer for the trouble that I went through. This location consistently gets negative reviews online and this is the 3rd time I have had an issue with this store, every time waiting almost 3 hours for my order. This is unacceptable and I told the location that I would NEVER use them again and WILL NOT ORDER Dominos anymore because the delivery option forces me to use...

I waited outside for 10 minutes after the app told me my food was arriving. Driver clarified the address several times, and I carefully describe everything within a two block radius.
Several minutes later The driver tells me she’s at my apartment. I’m standing outside with a full view of the parking lot and the two blocks of one way road leading to my apartment, so I knew for sure she wasn’t. Then the store called, and when I asked “oh is this about your driver having a hard time finding my apartment”, they responded with “no, she’s there already, we see it on the GPS”. They then argued with me, telling me the driver is outside my apartment, even though I was standing outside and able to see the whole street.
They refused to accept that their GPS could be wrong, refused to accept there may be a problem with the address on their end, refused to check Google Maps, didn’t try to use local landmarks to find my apartment (only a 3 minute drive from their store).
After standing outside for 25 minutes waiting, I was informed their driver was heading back to the store and I could come pick it up. They refused to remake my order, which would be 50 minutes old and ice cold by the time I arrived to pick it up. I’ve never had a problem with a delivery before, yet someone they made it out like I was a liar about my own address and blamed me for all of it....
