Terrible experience. It’s been bad since Maxi died but I’ve never had this bad of an experience. I will NOT go back again. The manager was rude, to both us as the customer, and the new employee. She was not understanding and yelled at her and rolled her eyes numerous times. The grinders made by the new girl were better than the managers! We asked at least 3 times to make sure that we got pulled porks and not ribs and she kept saying yes, finally at the check out we asked again and she said no. She angrily took it back and clearly blamed us. She made the other ones, but tried to reuse the buns and then proceeded to throw them on the counter. Finally, they had both a cat AND dog behind the counter! This is a major issue seems where it is not sanitary and people have allergies. Once again, I WILL NOT...
