This is a beautiful little spot to grab a quick breakfast or brunch with a good cup of coffee. I absolutely love being able to sit at the window, especially during snow days. They are happy to help and very efficient at getting orders out. I love that they have a little coffee bar to add to your own coffee and their hot chocolate is also amazing. They usually have many bakery items prepared for quick order that have always tasted amazing. They seem usually pretty busy and still serve with a smile. This place is one of my high recommends.

Chose this restaurant for a light breakfast, and really enjoyed it. We ordered the breakfast special, which consists of eggs, cheese and bacon on a wheat English muffin. I ordered a regular coffee ( plenty of types to choose from) and my wife had a caramel latte. Coffees were good, and sandwiches were delicious and filling. We ate in and there was ample seating at 9 am.

What a lovely cozy place! Friendly and welcoming staff nestled right downtown in Rutland. We got the breakfast special (ham, eggs, spinach and swiss on English muffin) and the daily quiche. Delicious coffee and kale berry smoothie too. Highly recommend stopping in for breakfast or lunch!

I've been searching for good bagels in the area for a while and was recently told this place had great bagels. Unfortunately it's the same kind of bagel that everyone else in the area sells, essentially wonderbread in a bagel shape. It's never a good sign when you order a bagel and they immediately throw it in the toaster without even asking. I don't believe these are made in house, they pulled them out of a plastic bag and they look exactly the same as I've seen from a few other places in the area. Very disappointing. That said the place is nice overall, the staff was very friendly, and the rest of the baked goods...

Hear me out on this one…I have been a bagel enthusiast my whole life. I eat a bagel almost every single day and have done so for many years. The bagel with cream cheese that I ordered here was hands down the best that I have had in my life. The bagel was somewhat hard/crunchy on outside but also soft on the inside. The dough was just the perfect level of saltiness and the cream cheese at the perfect consistency from the warm bagel. I wish I could buy some bagels from them frozen online or something. I will be stopping again next time I’m passing through...

I asked if they had any white sugar. And the lady handed me the brown sugar in the raw and explained to me, a 70-year-old, that this was sugar. I found her response dismissive and totally inappropriate. Are you protecting the public from the dangers of white refined sugar? Give up your control. Next time you order add some white sugar packets and put them out for the populace - Yes, who know the difference between powdered sugar raw sugar coarse sugar granulated sugar and all of the many types of sugar that are used in all kinds...
