Picked up the pizza from this location and the pizza was not fresh once I got home. I checked the food and realized that the pizza was not fresh. I called back up there and spoke with Bert, which is the manager that was on site. Bert was rude and disrespectful and wanted to argue about the pizza Hung up with Bert called back because I was still not happy about what Bert stated about the pizza spoke with the GM. Her name was Donna Donna was even more disrespectful than Bert and being the GM. She kept taking deep breaths and I asked her if she was OK because she kept taking deep breaths she raised her voice at me and stated that she was taking deep breaths because , she was trying not to be ugly with me. This is the GM of the area. This is very frustrating because we come to this location often she then pulled the Number) and said that we've only had two pizzas order from that location, which is not true considering we've lived in this area for over nine years in addition to that she was very, very rude and disrespectful the fact that she said that she was taking a deep breath in order not to get ugly with me was Completely Out of context, especially for being the GM and using customer service skills this location is awful. Please do not order from here. The people that are now in control. Do not care if your food is fresh or old they do not care about good customer service skills they do not care about making things better or right in order to keep business instead they continue to be rude and very disrespectful please if you have any issues notify corporate because that's what we did so now I'm going to wait and see what occurs with these two workers especially the GM and especially Bert. I hope this wasn't driven by being racist because if so, it's gonna make this situation even more Dissatisfying and disrespectful again stay away from this location both Bert, which is the manager and Donna, which is the GM are not customer service at all they do not know how to talk to people and instead you get lots of rudeness and disrespect. I will follow up on this and update as the situation is taken care of, but if you pay your money you should have your items fresh and you should have good customer service skills from the location of anywhere at all times , both Bert and Donna need to go back in order to gain some of those customer service skills because they do not have them or either look for another job that doesn't pertain with dealing with...

To make a long story short, I ordered 2 pizzas, each with 2 toppings. When I came to pick them up the cashier gave me attitude because she was cleaning since they were closing in an hour (yes an hour). I got home and realized the toppings were all thrown in the middle, literally not a single side piece had a topping on it. I called them and asked if I can have a different location make the pizzas (since they were clearly awful employees) and she refused and said to come pick up 2 new pizzas. I arrived and she only gave me 1, at that point I was just done with them and left. I've lived in Sachse for 7 years and was excited when this location opened up, now if I want pizza I either find myself driving to the Murphy location or just picking up some Papa Johns since its closer. Just for reference I ordered an extravaganza and got a pepperoni which is a significant price difference. I called to redeem my credit and was quickly placed on hold to speak to a manager the manager got on the phone and stated that she couldn't give me a free pizza. Unfortunately I had to educate her and explain I wasn't getting anything free, but instead I was getting a pizza that I paid for and didn't receive, and to make matters worse I ordered two other pizzas that I paid for. I also explained to her that if she would take the time and look at my previous orders that we order frequently and have never been issued any credits. She was not hearing it, and you would think that she was paying for the pizza out of her own pocket. She was dismissive and unconcerned.
