I went through about 1:45 AM and sat at the speaker For a solid 2 minutes before the lady picked up. When we asked for a frozen coffee, the lady replied, "I'm not doing those tonight" and proceeded to rudely state that the machine was being cleaned. All fine and dandy. When we got up to the window and gave her my sister's phone for Apple pay, she stated "is it something I just scan?" We proceeded to explain that you put the phone up to the card reader. She replied "we don't do that here." Now wait a minute. My sister and i go through this SAME dunkin EVERY Tuesday and use apple pay. So I replied "yes, we've done it before." The lady proceeds to tell us that WE'RE being rude and that we need to stop. How are we being rude by telling her essentially that we've done it a million times? She gives us our stuff and holds my sister's phone much longer than needed after the card went through and tells us that they aren't supposed to touch customers phones. Okay, but they can touch our cards? And, this crazy lady in the drive thru, continues to proceed to tell us that we're being rude. So i mention that she is the one being rude as she hands the phone back. She gets all offended and essentially tells us to get out of her drive thru. At this point so I said gladly and drove off. I will NEVER go to this 24 hour dunkin again! I'll go to St John's Street....
Read moreI love Dunkin everywhere. Went to Saco Dunkin at 11p and again at 1a. Both times I was the ONLY customer. Went through the drive-thru so he didn't know it was the same person. I waited 5 minutes until i complained and got service for one coffee the first time, and i still went to work with a coffee with no sugar in it. The second time at 1am it was ten minutes until i complained twice and finally got one correct coffee, probably with spit in it. So now, what should've been one two minute stop, has been 2 ten minute stops, a Facebook post to vent, a review, following it with a call to management. I really hope i don't have to deal with it at 1a next time i have to work in Saco. But will add in hindsight, just got off the phone with the shift leader and filled her in and they are very aware this kid is sabotaging his job. They are going to deal with it. So they handled it well, and i feel sorry for these businesses trying to get good employees is a crapshoot. So I have nothing bad to say about the location, only the dumb schmuck punk running the...
Read moreFirst thing I order is unavailable even though it's advertised on the door. Okay. I repeat my order no less than three times before the cashier understands it. The coffees came up pretty quick but the sandwich took literally 20 minutes. The girl hands it off and says sorry about the wait, she doesn't care. I don't blame her. Pay your workers a better wage and you might get the help you need to properly run a place. Back in the day I could hardly finish saying my order at a dunks and they'd be handing me my food. Train better. Pay better. Worst experience ever at a Dunkin. America can't run on Dunkin if they can't even run the store.
Edit: Also the guy standing next to me was just waiting on half a dozen chocolate donuts. They couldn't even throw those into a bag in a timely manner. He left without getting the donuts he paid for. This location is STEALING from...
