Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Saco

First time customer and I was very pleased. They make their own bread so it's always fresh, that's my biggest 'must have' for my sammy. They also cut the bread completely in half which is how it should be. Other sub shops cut the bread in a V and spread the mayo all at the bottom, you can't fit the sandwich in your mouth so you have to take two bites off the end which means zero mayo in the first bite and all the mayo in the other. Then when putting on meats on the V subs they all get doubled up which is the wrong ratio of meats per bite. Jersey Mikes were meticulous in making the sandwich and asked to make sure they were making it the way I wanted. The only negative I have is the menu, there were two, maybe three sandwiches I would order, it's not a traditional kind of sub shop, ie, they don't have an Italian sub, they have a version of one but it would be an experiment for me and I don't like to experiment, but who knows, maybe one day i will, but I will be...

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and overall had a good experience. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, but there were a few things I'd like to note about the service. I especially want to praise the Asian girl who was working the slicer. She was incredibly attentive, fast, and professional. She spoke with customers with a smile and carefully sliced the meat, showing real care for each order.

However, unfortunately, the rest of the staff didn't show the same level of attention to customers. The wait time was a bit longer, and other employees didn't seem as focused on providing quality service, which somewhat affected the overall experience.

The prices are a bit higher than at other places, but for the quality and freshness of the food, it's definitely worth it. If the whole team were as attentive as the girl at the slicer, the experience would have been...

I should know what to expect when visiting JM’s. Every single time we’re disappointed. Last time was a year ago and now I remember why. This will likely be our last visit for a long while.

We placed our mobile order at 7:11 for a 7:45 pickup. I arrived at 7:55 and checked the pick up spot and just assumed it wasn’t ready so I was going to wait. One of the workers saw me and asked for the name on my order 5 times, 5!! My order was not available, they claimed “someone took it”. They remade the order, didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer a discount, just looked at me like I was an idiot.

Now to the order, I paid for extra meat, didn’t get that on the Philly. My #7 made mikes way was literally soaking with vinegar and oregano, it was so much that it was overpowering and made the sandwich not even worth eating. I don’t know if it’s lack of training or...
