I placed a call-in order at 1030 am on the morning of my son's birthday on 9/23/22 (after calling the day before to see when I should place the order). I arrived at the 6 pm time for my scheduled pickup and when I walked through the door the front counter was extremely rude telling me they were not accepting new orders and that because of the "morning crew not prepping pies" and because "someone placed a big order that morning", that they were two hours behind!! Needless to say that I was the guy who ordered, but was told to called the day of!!!
To make matters worse, while I was standing there waiting for my order to be completed, the man continued to serve out smaller order of people who placed them later than mine, instead of taking care of me. To be honest the pizzas were burnt with a lot of bubbles and were cut poorly, for someone who just paid $113.00 for pizza and bread sticks. It was even a hassle to get extra sauce for the bread sticks from the cooler.
I've been a fan of Little Caesar's since the 90's and this experience was so bad that words don't do it justice. Currently I have been on hold on your customer service phone line for twenty-five mins. and still holding!!!! I'm not sure if it's because you are that thorough or that there are that many complaints. This experience has been poor all around and saving a few bucks, was not worth being 45 minutes late for my son's party or the quality of the pies themself.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR PARTIES AND LARGE ORDERS!!! Prices are not reasonable for the quality and they were better when they were $5 dollar pies!!!! Doing too much for their own good and quality is suffering......I would have been better off going next door and getting Ellio's pizzas from the...
Read moreI recently visited Little Caesars, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Let’s start with the pizza. I had high hopes for a flavorful slice, but I found the pizza to be quite middle of the road. The crust was decent, neither too thick nor too thin, but it lacked the crispiness I prefer. The sauce was there, but again, it didn’t really stand out—it was a bit bland and overshadowed by the cheese. Overall, the pizza was satisfactory for a quick bite, but it didn’t leave me craving more.
However, the real highlight of my visit was the arcade and bowling area. The arcade was a fantastic addition, with a variety of games that catered to all ages. From classic pinball machines to the latest video games, there was something for everyone. I had a blast playing a few rounds with friends, and it was a great way to unwind and enjoy some friendly competition.
Bowling was another fun aspect of the experience. The lanes were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was lively, making it a perfect spot for families or groups of friends looking to have a good time. The combination of bowling and arcade games definitely added a layer of excitement to the evening.
In summary, while Little Caesars’ pizza may not be the star of the show, the arcade and bowling facilities make it a fun destination for a night out. If you're looking for a place to enjoy some games and bowling with friends, this spot is worth a visit, even if the pizza leaves something...

As a self-proclaimed Little Caesars aficionado, I’ve had my fair share of hot-n-ready pies from across the country, so when I made my way to the Little Caesars in Sacco, Maine, I was excited to experience the usual quality. The arcade was a blast, honestly – it's always a fun spot to kill some time, especially when you're chasing high scores on the classic games. But, sadly, the pizza didn’t quite live up to the Little Caesars standard that I’ve come to expect.
To be fair, it wasn’t a disaster, but there was definitely something off. The crust, which is usually my favorite part, was a bit too chewy and lacked that perfect crispiness you get when it's fresh out of the oven. The sauce also tasted a little watered down, and I felt like the cheese wasn’t as gooey and satisfying as usual. Honestly, for a Little Caesars enthusiast, it was a bit of a letdown.
I’ve had great experiences here in the past, so I’m hoping this was just a one-time miss. Maybe they were a little off that day or just didn’t have the usual team working, but I was hoping for the same consistency and flavor that made me a fan of the brand in the first place. I’ll still be back, especially for the arcade, but I do hope they get the pizza back to its usual...
