McDonald's — Restaurant in Saco

Saco McDonald's is the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's across the country!! I know I've traveled back and forth and visited many. Not any other McDonald's has managers as vile and rude. I own a business and if any if my employees ever spoke to a customer the way the stores manager and her shift leaders and assistant have personally spoken to me I would fire that individual instantaneously. That is NEVER ok! This location NEVER EVER gets the order correct when its bagged. Make sure you check your bag I promise you you'll be missing something! I can not think of one positive thing to say about this location. If I were McDonald's I'd separate myself from this franchisee immediately because it truly makes your company look really bad. I've personally reached out to the owner Mr. Bob Hogan via calls and emails concerning these issues especially after I was refused any way of fixing repeated mess ups and being overcharged and was actually yelled at by the manager and called a liar then hung up on. Mr. Hogan has never responded so clearly he thinks that behavior is acceptable. Which is why I send all my guest at the hotel I own to any other location then the Saco Maine McDonald's on main street. It's the last place you want food from. I personally travel 10+ miles daily to go to the South Portland location on Gorham road for my food because of the service and quality of the product is unbelievably different and it blows my mind how much better it is, since the standards at both locations should be the same as they're both franchises of the...

This place is awful. Manager Greg is one of the worst I have ever seen in management and I am not sure how he got that position. I ordered two hot cakes, bacon, 2 coffees, 1 oj and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. Doesn't seem like it would be THAT difficult of an order. 30 mins later, after seeing several people with numbers after me getting called and several drive thru customers come in upset because their orders were wrong, I finally got fed up and just said give me what's ready and refund me the rest. Ridiculous. I walked out with 1 hot cake and bacon both of which were completely cold, and my drinks which were made completely wrong and then Greg spulled one and it was made wrong the second time. No apologies from Mr. Greg either. This place is disgustingly dirty, filthy... Flies everywhere. I just get skeeved out when I go in. They never get an order right... Doesnt matter if 20 people are working. I have heard other managers in the past belittling and berating the employees right in front of customers and then when confronted about it when I tried to stand up for the poor girl who couldn't have been more than 16, she was unbelievably rude to me. I never seem to learn my lesson when it comes to this McDonald in Saco. Stopped on Sunday to grab 2 egg mcmuffins and hasbrowns around 9:30am and a medium coffee as I was running late to an appointment and just got back into town. Placed my order in the drive-thru line easily, confirmed my order at the 1st window and paid my $13 for everything. When i got to the 2nd window I was handed my coffee and told to pull up to the 2nd line and wait. After about 10 minutes, someone ran out and handed me my bag and apologized for the wait. I got home to quickly eat before I had to run to an appointment and I noticed I only got my 2 hashbrowns and not my egg mcmuffins that I got for myself and my sister. Not only did I WAY over pay for what I got this is not the first time I have had to pull up and wait for a breakfast item during normal "breakfast times". Anyone in the Saco/Scarborough area that is traveling or lives near by and thinks they will quickly go through this McDonalds drive thru should think again! Either go to Starbucks or Dunkin in Saco. Learned my lesson and will no longer go to this McDonald's (even though its awful for you anyway). Way quicker places nearby that will get your order right and that are cheaper if you...
