I used to come whenever I’m craving a cheesesteak, but this will be my last. Previously, the service was amazing and fast with 3 or 2 people working. This time it’s busier with 3 staff and I even came late to pick up my order. I ordered at 4:14 and came around 4:25 as my order should be ready by 4:30. I came to the register to a man mumbling to himself and visually looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. I told him that I was picking up an order and he told me to “wait 5 minutes (that’s a lie) because it should be done soon”. So I sat down (huge mistake) and they disregarded my order hence me waiting 30 minutes without checking on my order. I finally went up to check on my order again and one of the staff didn’t even know that I was picking up an order. SO THE GUY (Gabriel A), DID NOT TELL THE OTHER STAFF THAT I WAS WAITING TO PICK UP MY ORDER. I was livid and canceled my order. I saw my sandwich sitting there for god knows how long. Gabriel canceled my order, WAS NOT apologetic whatsoever, and proceeded to take another customers order without giving me a receipt stating that it had been canceled. Therefore, customer service has gone down drastically, no professionalism at all, and doesn’t take online orders seriously. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bruchi's Cheese Steaks, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly attitudes. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

I stopped in because I was working nearby and I'm glad that I did.

I got here just before the lunch rush so I didn't wait very long to place my order or wait for my food.

I got the 7" steak supreme ($7.45) and an iced tea ($2.25), with tax it was about $11, which is a fair price.

The steak supreme has grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms, melted white American cheese, mayonnaise, and seasoning. The portions were good. I was thinking about getting the 12" but the 7" filled me up just right. All the ingredients were fresh and very tasty, even the bread they used. They have thick cut crinkle fries which look good but I didn't try them today. Maybe next time.

It's important to note that they bake their own bread and it shows because it's awesome!

They 7up products with 7 different selections plus fresh brewed iced tea. They get a bonus star from me by offering fresh brewed iced tea.
