Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

I have ordered from here several times in the past. I have had some errors with toppings or sauces from time to time. I have had good luck with the store making things right when I call. Tonight is a different story. I had to call twice for them to even answer the phone and the woman who answered was quick to blame their problems on being busy and only having three delivery drivers. I had the app say my food was on the way with one driver and then it switched to a different person after 30 minutes of being out for delivery and it still showed my order at the restaurant. The second driver decided to stop for gas on the way which delayed my delivery for another 15 minutes. My food was out for delivery for almost an hour based on the app. And my house is only about 8-10 minutes from there. When my food showed up the entire order was cold and missing the sauces from the top of one of the pizzas which is added after it is cooked. They offered to refund the one pizza but didn’t seem to care about the fact that everything was cold and wouldn’t resend the entire order when asked. I asked them to refund everything after she refused to resend the order which they said they can’t do. This isn’t fair to anyone who gets what is supposed to be hot and it is delivered cold and incorrect. If you can’t make it right you are doing a disservice to all your customers. You absolutely didn’t make it right for me. I will be putting a stop payment on my entire order and never ordering from here again. You lost another customer due to poor customer service. I hope it was worth it for a $46 order which I will...

Horrible experience.

So I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bread bowl of pasta .

They stated that my order will arrive in approximately 45.minutes !

And this place is 2.3 miles from my house .

I checked the Dominos tracker and it said that Destiny who is supposed to be a manager placed my order in to the oven.

After 50. minutes I checked the Dominos tracker and it was not updating .

So I called the actual place and asked to speak with Destiny the manager cause I understand that there can be a glitch in the system with the Dominos tracker which is fine .

But then everything escalated cause Miss Destiny told me that I am looking at least 2.more hours for delivery.

Well I understood that and asked for a refund but she said and I quote this was the manager that I was speaking to .

She said that she doesn’t deal with ordering she does just Pizzas that’s exactly what she said -just ridiculous. That’s insane .

After me asking her if I can get a confirmation email that my order has been canceled and that If I will be getting my refund she just dropped the call.

So here I am spending the $$ not knowing if she did canceled the order and refund my $$.

And after waiting this whole time ordering food from somewhere else where I can get the actual attitude and professionalism.

Talking about professionalism??

It makes me wonder how she prepares the actual food.

Never again...

Halloween night I order our pizza at 424pm could not use my emergency pizza that night for unknown reasons. Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Our pizza finally arrived at 712pm and no salad. I call the store and was told it was credited back to me but like in a we owe you a salad so I am told that I needed to place an order via the app to use my emergency pizza so I place my order via the app 2 pizzas and a Mac n cheese with bacon total $40.19 had to opt pay with cash then had to call the store so she can add the credited salad and then I paid with my card but now my total was for $51.06. I asked the employee why the total in price changed for adding a already paid for salad to my order which she said oh its the tax then it's the delivery charge which I then explained to her that nothing at all should have changed with my total cause the salad was already paid for in full so now I'm being charged again seems how the dollar difference is that of a salad. Beware this is a scam how many others are being told we are sorry for not having your order complete we are really busy I can send it now or credit you..... they don't credit you cause they charge you again so how do I go about getting what's owed to me and how many are being taxed on these credited items...
