After chess tournament, we got to find somewhere to eat. I ordered the popcorn chicken — a much bigger pack than I expected and super tasty. The fried calamari rings, fish balls, and tofu were all delicious, and I believe they marinate them beforehand since there was no seafood smell at all. My kids loved the chicken tenders with ranch sauce. The boss lady told me they change their frying oil every day, which makes all the fried food brighter in color and better tasting compared to other places. I even asked her, “Why does your boba tea just taste better than others? What’s the secret?” She said they brew the tea with a lot of effort, time, and love. She always wants to hear from us — whether the drink should be stronger or sweeter — because she cares so much about meeting our expectations. That’s why I feel so good about this place compared to Starbucks tea. We also loved the chocolate egg puffs and mochi candy egg puffs — those two flavors were amazing. Omg, the lemon jelly was something I’d never tasted before, such a unique topping. For us, desserts and drinks should melt in your mouth rather than be chewy, and this place nailed it. We ordered 8 boba teas, and the boba toppings were fresh too. We tried most of the famous flavors — coffee hazelnut, strawberry milk tea, tiger milk tea, ginger hot tea, and peach milk tea… We forgot to take the photos before we almost finished everything :( It’s just located at the corner, so go and support her small business. Thank you lady boss, We’ll definitely be back!

This is the first time I tried quickly at this location🛵 I order popcorn chicken and a boba drink Really enjoy the popcorn chicken today and the boba is 👌 However I took out a start because as soon as I walk in, it looks very dirty and while I waiting my drink sit close to the window, there were some bugs flying around 🦟 Also to mention, I got fork for my chicken and when I took a look at my fork, there are red peppers powder on it🌶 Don’t get me wrong, really enjoy the foo here but just the environment does not look good for a restaurant🥘

Had a nice lunch date here. They have so many drinks to choose from. We had a milk tea with grass jelly (good!) and the champagne grape slush with only 50% sugar (excellent & refreshing!). Chicken is still made Quickly style (crunchy & flavorful) even though the tea shop name has changed. Great little order of 6 lumpiang. I loved the rice and the spicy chile powder. French fries weren't anything special. Ambience could use help too, but overall a totally decent lunch spot.

Drinks are always awesome. Boba is sometimes kind of hard in the center. Consistency with drinks and food depends on who's serving you. Most food is really, really good. For reference, I come to Quickly 1 to 4 times a week. I would usually give this place 5 stars, but this night ruined it for me.

I usually get the popcorn chicken, but it's been very raw, or slightly undercooked a few times the last few months. I get this item all the time because it usually rocks. Last night one of my two favorite workers, and a new one, were working. They sent me out with very pink, spongy chicken. I walked back to get it replaced, and it was worse than the first batch. Didn't realize until I'd gotten home because I figured the first time was a fluke. It's been questionable before, but never straight up raw. 90% of the time it's cooked perfectly.

When I called for the second time, asking for a refund this time, the new person didn't know how to do it. I had to walk back to Quickly 3 times in one night. It felt like they were more annoyed at the hassle than anything and that sucked. One of my regular workers, who I thought I had great rapport with, was pretty cold. There was no apology, just "I don't know why this has been happening." And then she said absolutely nothing to me the second time around. It happens - but it bummed me out that I spent like 45 minutes trying to get dinner home. They were out of one of my items and didn't say anything until we came to pick it up, and then the chicken was raw. In a $35 order, I only got two large teas and a side of masubi. I had two pieces of masubi to feed two people, and the refund would take 3-5 days.

I gave two stars because I was sent home with raw chicken two times in one night and customer service regarding the issue left a lot to be desired.

Edit: gave 4 stars because I haven't had issues with the...

When I used to live in Sacramento, this was the number one Quickly in my book. The other were okay for various reasons but this one was perfect in every way. This is in a not too bust street right of the 80. There is plenty of parking around the neighborhood, it really isn't too full to find parking. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. Talked to the owner a couple times and he is really nice and outgoing. Seems to really genuinely care about people instead of viewing them as walking money wallets. I always get the cheese wonton and watermelon drink from here( when it is in season). I really enjoy this place because I can also sit down and relax drinking my drink. The watermelon drink is great because it is made from natural fruit as is the few drinks here at quicklys. Avocado and banana are other drinks that are made out of real fruit. Big black boba (or what I like to call it big black balls) are my favorite to get here. The price also is really decent and not horrible at all. This is like an asian version of Jamba Juice even if Quicklys was established before Jamba Juice. Sacramento has really hot days but this should keep you...
