No customer service at all , no greetings to customer and always ready to rip off . I ordered today medium achari pizza, small cheese pizza , two taco twist and two rasmalai! Total was $66.19 and I was only given signature reciept which just shows your total ! First of all the employee at the counter was unable to communicate well , she was not trained to take order faster , she was not aware about pricing , she wasn’t sure how to guide customer on using the credit card and she took my card enters manually .when I asked her for pricing because some of the pricing wasn’t mentioned on their updated menu ! Anyway some how she was able to mange and she took 15 mins to complete my order then i asked her for reciept and she gave me reciept with total amount on it ! I asked her I need receipt which describes my entire order she was not sure how to print that receipt . She was looking for help and finally another girl showed up and she gave me the receipt which took another 5 mins so total 20 mins just to take order ! I asked how long it will take she says 25 mins ! I went back to my car to wait from there and I reviewed the invoice the total was coming up after tax $64.17 not $66.19 I went back and asked why I am being charged extra $2.02 ?? She was again confused anyway she mentioned its debit fees I said food is already overpriced and $2.02 was just hidden fees it was not showing on the receipt that it’s debit fee because most people don’t ask for detailed invoice ! I will edit my review and add that reciept as well for other people ‘s reference so that can be careful ! We got our order , food was just average anyway at the last we had rasmalai we open their sealed box and I had just a little bite it was too old and smelling bad , the packing says by pizza twist and looked at the expiration it was not there so I took both sealed and unsealed box to the counter and I said it has bad taste so I could get my refund back each was $6 ! They knew it I was mad on their “ reciept gotala” so they refunded $12 but no apology ! No regret and I realize they are expanding with taco twist & ripping off but they have no sense how to improve customer service and taste of food ! This was my very terrible visit & experience with this business ! I will never ever come to their any location ! These employees don’t don’t treat customers equally, and respectfully on the top of that they claim that they serve Halal foods, but unfortunately they lie. They are located in Sacramento, CA, and the restaurant is not big not small, but has a decent capacity for dining in, but unfortunately with the ZERO hygiene. You can see roaches crawling around visibly, and the tables , and chairs are sticky , and smelly. But unfortunately it look like it doesn’t bother the employees including the manager. Yes ! The bathrooms are filthy, and no toilet or paper towels to use , so just don’t use them. They do offer different services like dining in, to go , and delivery, but there is a long waiting time which annoying. Also they don’t turn on the cooling system in this hot season, especially in triple digits days while they are cooking inside, so how can you resist that heat when you are waiting for your order or dining in how ? You can place your order over the phone or in person, but make sure to repeat yourself because most of the time they are physically communicating with you, but mentally somewhere else, so you will get the right order you placed. Yes ! They do charge high prices for a low quality/poor quality food , and even not fresh,and on the top of that you will be charged twice , so be careful to check your online banking in order to make sure not to charged twice. They are wheelchair accessible, but the seats are not comfortable for a physically disabled customer which why you need to use your own accommodations if you are dining in. There is a decent parking lot with good amount of spaces including the handicapped, but sometimes you have to look around for a parking space due to lack of parking spots. My experience was bad because I got the wrong not even that they charged me twice thank goodness I got a notification from my financial institution; otherwise, will loose my money. When I called, then unfortunately no apologies were made, and no one offered me a replacement or a refund which is mean. Read moreBad customer service. Their call in service is bad and their prices are inconsistent. Every time we can in, they can't hear us clearly in the beginning of our call. This time we called in our order they made us call back because they couldn't hear us. Then we called in again of course he couldn't hear us in the beginning. When he could finally hear us, we started to place our order and in the middle, placed us on hold and then another girl answered and started the call over. We had to repeat our order like five times.
Also, the first time we ordered we ordered a large GLUTEN-FREE pizza for the regular price of $18.99. We asked THREE times if they were sure they don't add an extra charge for being GLUTEN-FREE, and they said NO! When we picked up the pizza, we paid the process quoted to us, $18.99.
Today when we called they said they were going to charge us $18.99 for large GLUTEN-FREE pizza and when we got to the restaurant to pick up our pizza, they charged us MORE than they said it was going to be over the phone. Apparently, today they felt that GLUTEN-FREE was going to be an extra charge. Apparently they change the prices as they please.
So yeah bad customer service and inconsistent prices. They'll quote you the wrong price...
