Had to kill some time around lunch so I actually drove around and searched for the business I'd land to eat, like literally drove the 3 corners of N. Natomas. I wanted to try a new spot and landed at 5 Guys. The place was pretty empty around 2:30, the guy taking my order was nice to review the 5 Guys menu since I was unfamiliar with it. Before I get into what I didn't like, I'll finish with the good. The burger was very good, but I had a hard time keeping all the ingredients together, I think next time I'll order a single. I tried the Cajan Fries and although I liked it, I was not liking how much of the seasoning was powdery, like eating Cheetos. I might go for regular fries in the future. The only bad, if you will, is that I dined in and I guess everyone gets a to-go bad, I wish they had trays for dine-in customers. Also, and this is a weird one to complain about, but I ordered small fries and I got a huge order of them and I LOVE that they were fresh, but they also covered my burger in the bag making me have to sift through hot fries to grab the burger. For the most part, I liked the place and appreciated fresh food and good service.

First time eating at a Five Guys restaurant. I walked in and looked around and realized the walls were similar to In-N-Out's, I saw reviews on the walls that said this place was outstanding, the prices were higher than other burger joints, I immediately expected this place to be great. VERY DISSAPOINTED.. $36 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 little fries, a regular soda and a milkshake! I waited for my food expecting the burgers to be big since the prices sure were, they were surprisingly small burgers and I DID NOT order the little burgers! They even forgot my milkshake and when I asked about my shake they asked if I wanted bacon in it! WHAT?! The fries were all over the bag because they didn't fit in the little cups they were served in, they forgot the bacon for my cheeseburger, I had to go to the counter and tell them they forgot the bacon for my bacon cheeseburger and they gave us cold bacon wrapped in foil, the fries were slightly burned and salty as hell, the burger itself was small and it didn't taste as good as I thought. Definitly not worth the price! Sticking to In-N-Out!

I am so disappointed it's not even funny. $24 for one meal is not even right. But I thought, maybe it will be the best burger I ever had? Nope. Not even close. A whopper is better tasting than the sloppy joe I was served today. Soggy bun. Sloppy burger. Flavorless meat. And I was hungry as I fast every morning until lunch time. Man, I am absolutely disappointed. And the fries are not fries. It's literally a bag of undercooked potatoes. The free peanuts tasted better than my burger. I would not recommend this place.

Last night I visited this location and had the worst experience ever. I spent over $21 on 2 burgers fries and a drink. Waited 20 minutes finally sit down to eat my husband cheese burger was cold cheese didn't even melt. He took back for a replacement they was cool the employees. As I'm getting ready to eat I noticed I had no tomatoes or the A1 sauce that I asked for. I quietly bring it to the manager attention who became very rude with me I then got all the food ordered and asked for a refund. He then tells me he can only give me a refund for one of the burgers and walks away. I told him you will give me all my money I paid for this meal since it was never touched and you have it. He then gets on the phone comes back saying this same b s I told him to give me my money. I then asked for upper management he gave me a number which I dialed and it was the wrong number. I came back to the counter for a number that the cashier had to get. I called spoke to the RGM Jess told her about the situation she called him told him to give me the refund. Remind you he's on the phone made me wait another 20 minutes for my money. Another guest walks up complaining about her incorrect burger asked for a refund he tried to not it so she became angry as well. He then gives her her money but I'm still standing there waiting. He then comes open the register and try to give me $8 and I told him you have all the product I paid over $21 and I want my money so I can leave this place he wasted a hour of my time. He put my money on the counter instead of my hand like I'm trash and walked away. And said he called security for me I said for what because I wanted a refund. Long story don't feel like typing anymore because this isn't everything. This person shouldn't work here he's unfriendly, unprofessional and giving your business a...

This is by far, my worst Five Guys experience. I have been going to Five Guys' for probably 10+ years and have been to this location maybe a dozen times. Tonight, we ordered 2 burgers, a grilled cheese, fries and a shake. I asked if we bought a large fry could they only put Cajun on some of the fries and he told me no, but he would give me some seasoning on the side. I said okay then went to get some ketchup to take to the table. It sputtered empty and I told a different guy that it was out. His response was "I don't care" smiling. Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, that he was trying to be funny, I said, "Okay, well I do, because I want some on my fries!" He said, "Okay, I'll get you some right now!" Then our order came out and we were incredibly disappointed. My husband and I both got MAYBE one leaf of lettuce. I asked for extra pickles and got 3 slices and he asked for jalapenos and got none. The guy said he would bring out the produce. 5 mins later (as our food was getting cold) he handed me the produce. I go to dig into my cold meal and grabbed a fry, to realize that I never got my seasoning either. When I went up, to get it, the guy said "it wasn't my fault!". Look, I don't care who's fault is, I just want my Cajun seasoning." He handed it to me with attitude... Seriously, if I pay $30 for a couple burgers, I expect them to be good. The food was bad and the service was horrendous. We will NOT be...
