The food was decent here, but the service was great! They were able to seat our party of ~13 within 10 minutes during lunch on the Saturday of Valentines Day weekend. I grabbed the combo pho and the Vietnamese ice coffee. Their process of bringing the pho out was unique, clearly showing they wanted an "elevated" Vietnamese restaurant. Your bowl would come out, with the noddles and meat, and they poured the pho soup from the tea kettle into your bowl. My gripe here, and reason for calling the food decent, is this process limits the heat retained in the soup. I suggest finding a different route for this or even going with the usual of pour pho soup in the back kitchen from a boiling pot. Lastly, the Vietnamese coffee was strong but didn't have much depth of flavor. Seeing I was slightly hungover, I was still grateful for it. Overall, I would come back but probably try something else. My cousin got the garlic noodles with shaking beef and it looked incredible.

This was a nice little spot. Atmosphere was great and everything was clean. I was excited to get oxtail pho... but would rate this 3 out of 5. The broth was great and flavorful but the oxtails were a bit of a disappointment. It was heavy on the bone and very little meat. I was expecting it to at least be fall off the bone... but it wasn't. Really had to use my hand and jaw strength to get the meat off the bone. The Jackfruit Colada however gets 5 out of 5 stars. Easily could have pounded a few of these. It was very much a mango smoothie with rum. Delicious. Pork spring rolls were HUGE. These were just ok. These were burrito sized spring rolls and the meat ratio wasn't great. Same amount of meat you'd get in a normal sized spring roll. This one just required your whole hand to eat. 2 out of 5. Service was a little slow because it was busy. But server/bar tender was very nice.

Made a reservation for a group of 9 for a weekday dinner. *note reservations for a large group requires a card We ordered cocktails including the Thai tea, steak, fried rice, garlic noodles, green beans, egg roles, and banh mi sandwich. Pros: -our waitress was very friendly -the restaurant is super cute, very well decorated -food came out pretty quick and was fresh -the cocktails were yummy! Cons: -felt the flavor was lacking and everything could’ve used more seasoning so we had to use sauces and chili flakes salt & pepper etc to add more flavor. We were told how good the garlic noodles were but it was missing that distinct garlic flavor so that was disappointing Overall I’d give it another try

Updated from 3 to 5 Star! We tried the loaves several times after and they have made much improvement. The Pho Isn’t overly salty anymore and less several times we’ve been they make it nice and hot. It’s good to see improvement. We’re happy to continue coming back.

Used to love this place but it’s really gone downhill last 3 times I been in. Last three services it seems everyone that works there wants to hang out in the kitchen and not come out to check tables. They didn’t bring me my drink from the bar until after I finished eating. The pho we love but last time it was like warm and not even hot enough to cook the meat. I had to get up after waiting for a long time and poke my head into kitchen because that’s the place they all want to hang out. Keep in mind last 3 times I came in it was slow and hardly any tables so it’s very annoying to see the staff socializing in the kitchen and 3 to 5 tables and getting served a drink late, bill takes for ever, placing an order takes forever. The last drink I ordered was horrible and I order it every time I’m in but at least they were nice enough to comp the drink. I called in an order 2.5 hours ahead of time and told them I needed it at a certain time. I came in and still had to wait 30 minutes. Customer service has really gone down hill. Not sure what’s going on with this place as last few months it’s just depressing because of lack of service and seeing everyone socializing in kitchen. Will be considering other options if it continues as this was almost my weekly go to place with my family and friends when we want to...

Ate here for dinner. Overall a 4/5.

Service 5/5 Food 3.5/5 Atmosphere 2/5

My server was very nice and helped talk me through my choices. Food was out promptly so i didnt need to wait too long after ordering. When paying, they closed the bill at the table quickly and didnt have to awkwardly wait at the register like most pho places ive been.

I got the bone marrow pho. Honestly, the marrow isnt too worth the price. I didnt get much of it on the bone, and it didnt add much to the dish. Was kinda bummed that the papaya salad didnt already come spicy, and the spicy options to put into it didnt sound too appealing so i ended up not ordering it.

My biggest gripe was the choice in music playing in the dining room. Im usually not one to complain about music choices, but the volume was just loud enough to be intrusive during my meal, and some of the songs had some explicit lyrics that i noticed needed to be manually changed by some of the staff.

Overall good place. Food was tasty and the service was great, but i wish some of the menu items had options to choose how you wanted it to be prepared, and that the music was less harsh...

Last week Friday, I had the Banh Mi shrimp (Vietnamese sandwich) with soup and shrimp crackers. It was one of the best shrimp Banh Mi. The sandwich was flavorful, fresh and shrimp was cooked perfectly. I would say great balance of textures and flavors. I'm still craving for more Banh Mi.

Although the location is far away from Elk Grove, I wouldn't mind the drive just for the sandwich. There were plenty of parking which made the visit stress-free. And no parking fee required. To top it off, the service was excellent. The server was kind to replace the beef broth with veggie broth since I don't eat beef and pork. My friends ordered the grilled chicken pho and tofu noodles. They both have decided next time to order the Banh Mi sandwich. My friend wasn't pleased with her grilled chicken pho much. Anyways, I'm excited to take my husband to try out the Banh Mi sandwich. I know he would definitely love it.

For sure, I'm returning for another tasty meal. And ambiance was...
