T4 Natomas — Restaurant in Sacramento

They have popcorn fried tofu...and other snacks, but Im a vegetarian so it's all about the tofu, which is great especially with that wonderful sauce plus they have like a zillion different types of teas. The place is clean, food and tea are wonderful, yet there are a couple of draw backs which is why I didn't give it 5 stars: it's across from the high school so any time like after 3 the place can be packed and loud; and because the staff is also very young their music choices can sometimes be inappropriate for a place of business (went there last Tuesday around 5 and it was packed with kids and the music was blaring rap that contain lyrics with b*h in it. I kept hoping they would change the music but they never did so I left without ordering. Went back today right before the high school kids got there and it was all good. Definitely worth...

Went there on a Sunday afternoon, the line was out the door with two staff working with no AC. Got line thinking it would be quick since there were three people ahead of us, boy, was I wrong! It took 10 mins to get to the cashier, another 10 mins to put in our orders of two drinks, and another 10 minutes to get our drinks.

While customers are waiting in line, they don't take your order; they put in any orders came through the delivery service first. They make the customer wait until they are done with their online order and phone before assisting the customer in front of them. On top of it, they don't talk phone order.

The cashier was scratching his head, touching his face, handling money then scooping boba, jelly, etc. into the cups without washing his hands in...

I love the menu with diversity of delicious teas , but the reason why I am giving only one star is my few last experiences I’ve had with one of their employees . The employee is is rude and disgruntled looking is the teenage girl who also works at Tapioca Express . Every time I come in she looks very unfriendly and acts very unprofessionally . She is never kind and never helpful . She put the ice in my tea after I ordered tea with no ice , instead of apologizing and replacing my tea , age told me that it was my fault for not being clear . I felt very embarrassed in front of other customers - especially knowing that English is my second language and having an accent . She needs to have inservice in proper customer service behavior.
