Jack's Donuts Wheel — Restaurant in Sacramento

I was so sad when my favorite donut shop had closed recently but then I stepped inside Jack's!

The lady running the store was telling me about the donuts and flavor options. I was a bit overwhelmed since it was my 1st time in and saw a great assortment. I bielve she is the daughter and her mom works with her. They were super helpful and awesome. Thankyou so much for the help!

I went with the donut holes and got a mixed variety since they do have 3 kinds. Glazed, raspberry powdered and a sugar cinnamon. They were great.

Then I asked about the glazed with colors. They tasted just like they said. Cherry, orange and banana. The kids and I really liked them.

My wife and I got the breakfast sandwich on croissants. Went with a bacon and a turkey both with egg and cheese. Again another hit. They were packed and it made for filling breakfast.

My first time here and I must say that I am extremely impressed by a few things I observed. Seeing all the beautiful donuts gave me the feeling that whoever works here love their job and put their heart and soul into the donuts. Although, I only purchased an old fashioned glazed and a regular maple donut they were really really good. But wait... the customer service was great and anyone who know me, knows exactly how I feel about customer service. I didn't feel rushed the lady was patient with me as I admired and asked questions about the creative donuts because I never saw donuts like that before. I’ve been coming to this donut shop since 1992. The donut holes were heavenly back then. I do believe they’ve changed ownership since then and a little has changed in regard to quality. The donuts are still delicious, the service is friendly especially once you get to know the personalities of each staff member. This is the go to spot for picking up donuts for staff in the morning. You can never go wrong with the maple donuts.
