Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Sacramento

Probably would have given five stars, but I only used the restroom... I walked in and was greeted right away with a smile. I had asked if I may use the restroom. The cashier buzzed the door kso I could get in to the bathrooms. I tried to open the doors and both doors was locked. Ooooh I had to go to pee so very badly.. The cashier must have seen me stressed out not know want to do. Because she quickly can to me and went to one of the locked doors and held her finger to her lips saying " This is for employees only, just lock the door when your done.!" I thank her profusely for letting use the restroom.... So if that kind of kindness is given I am sure that is the same way that the food would be made.. hopefully lol I will have to go back and order some food next time... And I will have a rating for the food... Hands down the customer service was amazing.!!! Thank you again cashier lady.!!! I went there about a week ago from me...

Jack in the Box they always have things in there that is good variety and they have different things and they always advertise send papers out everybody's mailbox that they got them if they got that you can get all this for such a such a prize it's awesome the people there again I'm very courtesy very respectful I go there all the time matter of fact I'm getting ready to go there now I love Jack In The Box and they're good for foods good I would recommend that to anybody and like I said you can go in there and sit down in there are the places that you can sit outside it's nice and it's nice and clean I hope you like what I had to say thank you I'm on my way to Jack In The Box we're chat another time maybe I can give you some more answers to other...

I recently ordered from this store and found a hair in one of my tacos. This was extremely unsettling and made me inspect the rest of the food, which ruined my entire meal. Given the rising costs and this unfortunate incident, I don't feel comfortable returning to this store. I had to discard the contaminated taco out of sheer disgust. Considering that employees are paid $20 an hour, this type of service is unacceptable. I asked for a refund, and it's been more than a week and a half with no reply. It makes me wonder if this was done on purpose, especially since they might have evidence on their cameras. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to eat. Very...
