I called this location today on 12/25/22 to see their prices and order a pepperoni pizza since I missed Mountain Mikes cut off time for ordering. I have never call or ate there before, I asked about their specials. A very rude gentleman told me “it’s their regular specials” I advised I have never patronized their restaurant before I don’t know their specials. He asked if my order was for carry out or delivery. I told him carry out; the man says if it’s carry out then you need to come in and order at the counter and hung up on me. JUST WOW! What great customer service you have. Here’s the kicker, I ended up going to a restaurant (jack in the box) across the street. I was dinged via Doordash for an order at Sac pizza co. The same place that rudely hung up on me just a mere 8mins later. And here I am face to face with mr Meany. Guess what, the customer order wasn’t started or completed. It took 15 additional mins. The tall black haired guy. Definitely don’t recommend they are not timely even when they aren’t busy. Fyi, this place is also...

This place before is very good but now is messed up because whenever you call them they charge you a different price every person have a different prices like sometimes they charge family size $21 sometimes they charge $25 sometime they charge $29 they don't have a fixed rate. If you ask them why the price go increase they say the cheese is expensive I started from them the family size $17 within air they increase almost $12-$13 only the cheese. I'm still hoping they fix their service for the price wise. And it's not that we order a different topping is the same topping every time order and we are the long time customer almost 3 year with them but now maybe we need to be quiet from them because they're changing the price if they fix the price they're gonna be increase their customer if they changing the price we understand as a business every time the stuff expensive pensive but if you call them morning a different person they charge different price if you call them at night time a different person.
