I'm asking everyone who enters this establishment to please show Laura a little kindness. As I don't believe she has ever experienced it herself. I went in at 9:00pm on Tuesday evening (11/29/22). I had a long day at work and didn't feel like cooking and just wanted a fresh pizza. The place was empty. No one was waiting. I saw 3 pizzas sitting in the warmer. Laura came up to the front to assist me. I politely asked Laura how long the pizzas had been sitting in there and she replied that they are timed and that they can't sell them after a certain time. I asked if I could take a peek at one before I bought it and she stated that she couldn't do that. Understandably so. Laura did the right thing. That being said, I kinda wrinkled my nose and politely asked to order a fresh one. Laura stated that it would be 15-20 minutes. I agreed to wait as I stated earlier, I just wanted a fresh pizza. I paid for my order and went to my car to wait for Laura to prepare my fresh pizza. I went back in to check on the progress about 15 minute slater. I was tired and just wanted to go home, enjoy my freshly made pizza and jump into bed for the night. Laura pulled a pizza out from the bottom warmer. Laura had a grin on her face that just didn't sit right with me. I asked her to double cut my pizza and when she did, she did it where I could see what she was doing. I noticed two things. 1) the pizza looked old. 2) there were now only 2 pizzas in the top warmer instead of 3. Instead of preparing the fresh pizza that I had ordered, she merely switched boxes and tried to pass off an old pizza for a fresh one. I was way too tired to make a fuss as I'm more of a passivist and I really just didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. I just wanted to get home.
So again, I ask please show Ms Laura, the night person at this store some kindness and maybe she will learn how to show it in...
Read moreI called ahead and order a deep dish pizza. I even went to the store around the corner to give them time to make my pizza. I came in after the 20 mins they said it was gona take 15 minutes. The pizza wasn't ready yet, no big deal I'll just hang out until it's ready. I sat there and asked periodically if it was ready. No it wasn't. I watched as customer after customer came to get there speciality pizzas. 45 mins later it still wasn't done. If I hadn't paid ahead of time I would have left. I asked for my refund and they sent out there ghetto manager. As I was getting my refund they said they pizza was coming out. That place is dirty. As I was sitting there I seen the cashiers go back and forth from the register handling money and then handling your pizzas. That's why I asked for a refund. I didn't want to eat that pizza that was prepared by people who don't wash their hands. I wasn't the only who was waiting there for a pizza that should have been ready, there was another lady there waiting and she was also very annoyed by this lack of service. He now says All can do is give you a dollar off for al I know you may have already come and use the same excuse. That to me was disrespectful I said no thank you I will pay for it He then went to the back and continue working while he keeps talking to his employees that he is not going to give free stuff I can hear him very clearly and I said to him if that was the case you should have said to me to come tomorrow and not next time he did not like that and said to me you know what I can refused service to anyone so just go and come back next time I said No I am not coming here again I have not reason to bring back my business to an employee that miss treats his customers and is very unprofessional.
