I keep having to add updates because this experience just keeps getting worse and worse!!
So unbelievably disappointed. My husband and I waited so long to get a new bed. I went in today absolutely with the intention to buy. Oscar, the sales guy, was very nice, but very pushy. The very first thing they asked me to do before I even looked at anything was fill out a slip with my info that included my social security number, bank account information, & debit card numbers. I ended up dropping a lot more than I had intended, but also thinking that this was coming with a delivery when I was told it would be (tomorrow), and that they were going to set it up. I STRESSED how important that part was. I get a call at 6:40 tonight saying they’re coming to deliver my bed. I said no, it’s supposed to be in the morning we’re not set up for it yet. We hang up. Two mins later I get a call back saying they HAVE to bring it tonight because it’s already on the truck. I said whatever, fine, bring it. ONE dude shows up in a Dodge Ram. He didn’t ask for help, but I asked my husband to help him because a brand new, in the wrapping, king sized bed should be carried by two people. He brings the rails in and leaves. Now it’s 9pm and my husband is setting our bed up. The rails are universal and don’t fit right. There’s huge gaps sticking out on each end. Perhaps we’re missing something in putting it together, but that’s why THEY were supposed to do it. There’s also two recycling fees on my bill that I don’t understand. So I call and leave a message which goes to a cell. I get a call back from I assume the owner, who was also very nice. But his solution was he’ll give me $50 off NEXT TIME. I was approved for thousands more to spend in that store, and I have a whole house that still needs furnished. But why would I ever come back??? I feel lied to, and sooooo disappointed. This was such a big deal for us, and I was very much considering going back to buy the bedroom set that Oscar almost had me talked into. But there’s no way I’d put my trust in them again. $50 next time….come on, sir. That was a terrible solution.
Update: They also ran my credit through THREE companies even though I’d already been approved for more than enough. So then I had to figure out which company I was actually financed through because I had a list in my email. And now when I log into that company’s site it says I have no account with them. When I call, the automated number says they found my account, ask for the last 4 of my social to confirm, and then it either goes to a random voicemail, or I get disconnected. This whole thing has been a NIGHTMARE! And I PROMISE once you’ve put the purchase in they absolutely do not care at the store whether or not you’ve left happy. Not good business.
Second Update: It has been almost a MONTH Since I purchased my bed and I STILL can’t make payments to the lender because the morons that run this place still have not marked the item as delivered. That’s with both me AND the finance company blowing them up to do so! My guess is they are maliciously trying to run my time out as vindication because I didn’t like their service. So the longer they make it so I can’t pay the less time I’d have to pay on it before paying 3x as much. If this ends up in court I am absolutely going to destroy this company! I am so angry, and in absolute disbelief that these amateurs who genuinely don’t deserve to be in business have even been able to remain in doing so! This is a fast track to seeing their “Going Out of Business” signs if this is how they conduct themselves....

These company took our money gladly however hasn't delivered ALL of our furniture. They send 3 weirdo's to deliver the couches. They come in and I have to literally direct their whole traffic while bring the parts of the furniture that we bought. I had no idea what they were doing. Then they broke the wall light switch, they broke the lag on the couch and to add insult to the situation their hands were so dirty. I gently suggested that they wash thier hands they refused saying it's OK. Then once I noticed that they were getting the couches dirty I had to make them go wash their hands. Ridiculously crazy. Then they are leaving talking about sign this I said no where is the rest of my furniture, he had the nerves to say no that's it. I said no I have an ottoman that was paid for the gut said o maybe it's still processing he also said someone would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went for days. I called to the furniture store to inquire about what happened the store had no IDEA what I was talking. I explained everything to the store they had me send pictures. I sent the pictures only for them to not look in the right place for the pictures. Then they say o will fix the broken things and deliver the furniture. They call me and say we will be there I. 30 minutes I say it doesn't work like thT I'm not home. He then says someone will call you tomorrow and they did to say they would becoming the next day. They did a no show no call and now we are 3 days out still nothing I call like hey whats up with these guys. They have no idea what has happened again. I tell them to refund my money back they say no. I say this is a joke. We paid for something that we have yet to get. The owner doesn't care about what is going on. I saved money for a long time to buy new couches for my home because it has always been my dream to make my house beautiful. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing.
First, they overcharged me. When the couches were delivered, the delivery team refused to assemble them, even though the company had clearly promised assembly during purchase. I called the company multiple times, but they kept me on hold. However, when the delivery person called, they answered right away.
When I realized the couches were not what I expected, I refused to sign the delivery papers. After the delivery team left, I kept calling the company. When they finally responded, I told them I wanted to return the couches. They said they wouldn’t pick them up unless I paid extra restocking fees.
This company is not honest and does not stand by their promises. They overcharge customers and don’t allow returns, exchanges, or refunds. They also don’t explain their terms and conditions clearly before purchase.
Please be careful — I worked hard to save this money, and it feels completely...
