My sister and I have went in to get some sandwiches. At check out I noticed the bill seemed very high for two sandwiches and the coupon that we used. My sister had gotten a footlong and used the $9.99 football meal and then I got my own normal twelve dollars foot long. My sister had to remind the manager of the free drink and he reluctantly passed it over after trying to charge us for one. When I asked for a receipt, he said he had already given it to us. We then had to prove to him that we did not get one. He proceeded to dig In the trash where he threw our receipt behind the counter. looking at the receipt, he had charged my sister for 2 extra chips and only took 2 dollars off her sandwich rather honnor the 9.99 price.. I had gone back and asked the reason why he didn't run the coupon properly and his response was. This coupon will only take $2 off. I read the fine print back and showed it to him. And he still proceed to tell me The ipad says that the corporate subway coupons are wrong. It was really frustrating to be shoved off when I asked questions about the bill and have them hide our bill. . I really miss the old owners. They have had a broken scanner for over a year it's obvious the owner doesn't want it to work to receive more cash payments and they just threw our sandwiches away because their system wasn't working after we just purchased a $15 gift card, sat in the store having to activate it only for their system to say its not activated when we showed them it's on our app but also saying the brand new card is empty. Read moreFirst off, this is my second time ordering online through the subway website. Both times I've been called by the subway and given an excuse as to why they canceled my order.
First time they said they closed early becuase of a 'suspicious individual' and the second time because they 'ran out of bread'
What kind of subway, let alone any sandwich shop runs out of bread??
Not only do I think management is incompetent, but they simply do not care.
This is reflected by the poor quality sadwiches (yes thats on purpose) they make. They ignored the specific instructions I asked for individual sandwiches and made them completely identical anyway. when I said my father didn't want banana peppers, the employees were too lazy and didn't care enough and put them on anyway.
Thankfully he isn't allergic to it or anything or else there would have been some real trouble.
Honestly. Either shut this place down, or get new management and employees, otherwise, I don't see this one lasting much longer considering how many other 1 star reviews there are of this place.
