This. Is my fifth time at this location and the and the last time they completely ruined my drink. I got 7 minutes away and had to turn back around because they decided to do what they wanted with my drink instead of doing what I asked now today. Now, today I have been sitting in their line for 10 minutes. Yes, I'm in the line as I'm writing this. I have been skipped by 2 cars because the employees are not paying attention to who was here first I brought that to the girl's attention who was taking my order. She could care less about that now. I'm extremely annoyed because I feel like we're spending $6 on a drink for our experience. Our time should just not be valued. Also asked to speak to a supervisor manager. They told me to come back on the weekend when they will be present. I ask them to go get them so I can speak with them and also, let them know my experience with them the manager never came to speak with me. Just completely rude ignored my request. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just went to order 4 drinks and they forgot to scan my app. I then pull up to the window and ask nicely if I could still scan my app and then the girl that rung me up says you already paid but no, I said Iām paying cash. Then sheās like I thought you said yes to the order. But i never even said anything, all I wanted was to scan my app. THATS IT. i donāt know how she was confused on that. Then she acts as if sheās scanning my app but she didnāt even do anything. Anyways, I gave her the money. Then she got mad for some reason (maybe because I got the total wrong, but she shouldāve told me instead of walking out) and another employee came to help me. She asked if I was paying $20 cash and the rest on the card. I thought the total was $20.09 not $29 anyways I gave them the card so I can pay the remainder of the balance. point is, ask for clarification. If youāre stressed cause itās busy then maybe thatās not the job for you.

As it seems every time i come to this location and deal with this one girl her name is Val shes extremely rude and cold. Ive had issues with her on 3 separate occasions. I am a previous employee of dutch bros so im aware of the rules they have in place here and one time when i tried to have them fix a mistake at the window she proceeded to argue with me about why i was wrong and roll her eyes. Ive always had pretty good experiences with this location but this girl is just rude. Ive never had a problem with anyone else.
