The manager, Silvia, was OK with not packing my order completely. The hash brown, that was more expensive than the SMwE, was not in my bag. After driving home, my wife pointed out that they missed the hash browns. I called the store and talked to the manager. I think her name was Silvia. Since I made the trip to her store I felt it only fair that she delivered it to me. She said NO. I asked that she credit my card so I don’t have to make another trip. She said NO. You know time and gas expenses I asked her again and again she said NO and then HUNG UP ON ME! Called back and her associate said no twice and then after talking to Silvia, she too hung up on me. Consistent training on how to lose a customer. So disappointed in McDonalds. You might let Silvia know that it might be better to train properly on how to count to three (the number of items that I ordered) than to hang up on a customer. My wife said before we ordered that Taco Bell had breakfast. I told her I’d rather drive 10 minutes farther to get a SMwE. Won’t make that mistake next time....

While ordering my kids try to switch to spicy sandwiches and female on other side told me .NEXT TIME YOU TELL HER FIRST,for SWITCH ORDERS. LETING HER KNOW THAT MY KIDS JUST CHANGED HIS MIND BUT SHE SAID ITS TO HARD TO SWITCH ORDERS .WHILE ASKING HER WHY SHE TALK SO DISRESPECTFUL. SHE SAID OH SHUT UP. MOVING FORWARD TALKING MANAGER MONICA ,SHE ALSO WAS NOT LISTENING. SHE SAID SORRY SHE CANT GIVE THE NAME OF PERSON WHO TOOK ORDER. AND MONICA SAID WHAT I WANT TO ME TO DO. LACK OF TRAINING MONICA. Read moreTo be honest, I used to go to the McDonald’s all the time. They never messed up an order. They were respectful nice, quality food good.
But unfortunately, for quite sometime now at least more than a year quality of service absolutely terrible 4 out of 5 orders are wrong or in someway incorrect they don’t fill up the drinks all the way the quality of the food quite bad I’m usually a very forgiving person, but I’ve also had experiences where I called the manager about a completely unacceptably incorrect order. They said they would send me a gift card to replace my food they lied and to some degree I understand it’s not all of their fault. Most likely it is a new owner who has very little morals and penny pinches as much out of the business as possible. And of course they don’t compensate you for their mistakes as though any food should be acceptable and and give you more recourse or respect to the fact that it is their mistake.
All I can say, if you have to choose McDonald’s, I really wouldn’t...
