I’ve visited the McDonald’s on 3 separate occasions :
1st time: I ordered a Big Mac and fries and ice cream cone. - they brought the ice cream cone out first. I said I’m still waiting for my food. She took the cone back. Waited until I got my food, then returned with the same ice cream cone - Which was melting. I said I don’t want that same ice cream cone. They then returned with a fresh one
2nd time: I went only to order 2 ice cream cones. The guy at the drive-thru took my cash, then returned with my ice cream cones but had on no gloves and there was no sleeve around the bottom of the cone. When I I said I didn’t want that because it was in his bare hands he told a female and they acted as if I was wrong. He said they didn’t have any gloves or cone sleeves. I then asked for ice cream in a cup. They turned the ice cream cones upside down in a cup, brought to the window, and closed the window.
3rd time: Yelp, I went back to order ice cream cones. This time I only ordered ice cream in a cup. Again the put it on a cone and turned it upside down in a cup. I explained I don’t want a cone on ice cream in a cup. They removed the cone, which also removed over half of the ice cream from the cup and returned with half filled cups. (See below)
This place is in a great location but the customer service is pathetic. I have never met such incompetent and rude individuals in my life. Train your employees, get them gloves, order the sleeves for your ice cream cones, and teach them how to put I cream in a cup...
Read moreYou know, its really rare that I leave a negative review but this one warrants it. Mcdonalds food is Mcdonalds food wherever you go so its up to the staff to make or break a place. The young woman who took my order this morning lacked that service. Initial order interaction was OK however the order displayed on the wrong screen out of the two drive lanes and I said as much with a bit of humor, no big deal, it wasent busy, I was the only one there at the time, drive through or dine in. She also did not ask if I wanted cream or sugar in my coffee. It didnt even enter my mind that she didnt ask untill I was about to leave, when I asked if she had cream and sugar. She gave me a strange look and asked me to repeat myself (quoting "...eh?"). I did and she appeared to take it as an inconvienence. Grabbed 2 creams and 2 sugars for my large coffee, placed them in my bag and turned from the window. Didnt ask how many I wanted, didnt acknowledge the question, didnt say thanks for coming or bye. Just a non-verbal dismissal. Out of spite I am patronizing the Dutch Bros coffee next door. I get she may just be having a bad morning, but public facing employees should not bring that attitude to...

Didn’t notice till I got all the way to work called to let them know that they messed up my order. The girl on the phone was mad that I got upset about having to come back and get my order fixed so she proceeded to hang up on me which I had to call back Before the call ever got picked up. I asked to speak to the manager. She was nice. She did get my food fixed and I do appreciate her for that, but I don’t appreciate the worker who hung up on me for being frustrated that my food wasn’t correct and hang up on me because that’s not good customer service if you can’t handle who’s on the phone ask them to go on hold and give it to someone who can if you can’t handle, dealing with the public and dealing with customers then get a job where you don’t have to so will be going back never again it was horrible service horrible customer service horrible experience altogether like I said if I could give them zero stars, I definitely would I don’t suggest you going here.
