Mendocino Farms — Restaurant in Sacramento

I went yesterday evening to this location for the first time, as I usually go to Midtown or Roseville, simply because I happen to be in the area at the time. I will say this location has had the best staff of any location I have been to. They were very attentive and friendly and I mean each and every one of them. The food was fresh as always. I was sad, to learn that my go to salad- pink lady, is no longer available. Please bring it back. 🙏🏻 There was plenty of seating and parking when I went. I also get that some people would like to park right in front of the front door, or even inside if they could, so they don’t have to walk. As far as the seating, it’s not a restaurant where you are going to be waited on and be seated (also suppose someone people never been to a similar one). Staff does walk around and ask if anything is needed. I don’t mind and never had an issue at any location not finding a seat, no matter what time of day. I recommend...

It was my first time going, it was very clean! I was the only person in there and food took ~20 minutes to be ready and sat on the counter for 10 minutes. Someone came in and ordered after me and they got their food brought to them before me, while my food sat on the counter. I made sure to submit my receipt number after scanning QR code. When it didn't come out for a while, I made sure that I input my order number again in case it didn't go through and it still wasn't brought to me. It wasn't busy and there were 3 people behind the counter. There were a total of 2 customers (me and the person that came in after me). I was a little upset, I'm hoping it was a misunderstanding or a submission issue on my end, but I feel it should have still been brought to me since I was the only one without food in there. Edit to add that there should be more than 1 person running the food to tables, I person at the register, and a manager packing food at lunch time... 2 stars due to not enough people working. Unsure if there's been call outs, frequently, but this summer has been horrible for online orders. The eta is always 30+ mins after the eta you're given online. A couple of times. I ordered soup, just soup. The eta for scooping soup was 1 min. By the time I got there, it wasn't ready, every time. I checked in with the staff, and they would get it. Again, several times, I had to wait 30+ mins while I'm on a lunch crunch. There is no point in ordering online if you have to show up just...
