Milano Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

The service is awful. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and I’ve never been treated so poorly. They forced me to use their "Slice" app, and I ordered a cheese pizza with one topping, selecting pepperoni. I would NEVER order just a cheese pizza. If you don’t like meat, pick it off. Needless to say, Milano gave me a cheese pizza and claimed I didn’t select pepperoni. The girl on the phone didn’t care at all and told me to contact the app, after informing me that I was overcharged by more than $6 for a plain cheese pizza. I asked if I could just come by and pick up some cooked pepperoni on the side, which is completely reasonable since I PAID for it, but she refused. They have now lost a lifelong customer and I will tell all of my family and friends to stop going there too. Also, stay away from the salad. Ordered over $100 to only receive an email stating my card was issued a refund. Not to mention this was 40 minutes later. I called Milano only to be greeted by a woman with an attitude when asked why my ordered was canceled. Her response was “we have no delivery drivers.” I then asked why couldn’t they call to ask if we wanted to pick up since I understand there was no driver her answer “because we didn’t.” Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. We love that this place is local and have been giving them our business for over ten years. It saddens me that we can no longer go here and are no longer welcome. I stopped in for lunch with my two kids on a weekday. Fox News was on their big screen so I asked the person who had taken my order if they could put on sports or something more for everyone. They refused to turn Fox News off. My kids and I tried to enjoy the food while Fox had shouting individuals devote their loyalty to Trump and put down Democrats. One customer yelled and joined in on the stupidity being displayed on Fox News. We wrapped up our pizzas and left. We will no longer be supporting...
