The overall experience getting seated was disorganized and is what put me off from this place. So I'll start with that first. They don't take reservations so they have one line to put your name on the list on one side of the restaurant. They text you when they are ready to seat you, and you have to go to the other side of the restaurant to wait in a line with a sign that says wait here. My group gets the text to go in line, so we do and mind you there are like 5-7 parties in this line to get seated. We are standing all the way out next to the boxing gym. We wait until we are next in line and when we finally reach the front, we say the name of the party. The guy hears the name and says he's been calling our party for 20 minutes so he cancellled our table. The entire experience was just odd. Why have a line for people to line up to get seated? Why not just say, check in with the hostess? The line is a confusing concept and it goes so far out that you cannot hear the hostess and it's not like they are going down the line either to check for parties. The entire seating situation is just chaotic. The guy who was seating was nice enough to still seat us after checking in with the server for an outside table. But what really put me off was he was telling other parties that our group wasn't paying attention and so he has to seat us first before they can seat them. No, how about you have a confusing system and we were lined up down your building and couldn't hear. You told us you cancelled our table after we were next in line to get seated. Literally everyone was in line and they were seating in that order. Just odd. So tip, if you get the text to get seated, check in with the hostess and don't wait in line.

Server was very sweet and nice and the best thing about this place.

I got the chicken and waffles. Dry chicken, flavorless, and pretentious syrup with tiny orange slice. Honestly tasted like perfume. We had to ask for regular syrup. Nothing special.

Would try this place again but the experience in the beginning just didn't sit well with me.
