Hi, I usually really enjoy this place with the drink options and the girls being really friendly and helping you out. Today I ended up trying something new on the menu and did not like it. Thinking it would not be an issue coming and bringing it back not even 5 mins later to get something I would enjoy and them being happy I came back to get something I would enjoy then to dislike from there menu. I ended up having a bad encounter with the man that works there. Just because I did not like the drink and It being an issue to get something else. It took more than 5 mins to reason with him. When all I wanted was another drink and him trying to cut corners saying I was impolite when i was really respectable just asking for another drink I would enjoy because I happened to get a different one. No hate to the any of the drinks or to the menu. But will not be coming back because or the man who works there just trying to argue with me not wanting to give me a new drink or give me my money back for disliking something. Read moreUnnecessarily rude employees who don’t take the time to listen to my questions regarding whether the smoothie was prepared correctly since I have a gluten allergy and had requested granola on the side on the app. Since the initial employee barely listened to my question regarding this and answered a completely different question than what I had asked I did not feel comfortable with what was prepared. In addition they said they made a mistake in adding granola despite the side request because they had not read the ticket and despite this they still gave me an order that was incorrect. Instead of understanding my concerns, both employees were rude and passive aggressive. This Nektar location should consider hiring individuals that have the ability to communicate which seems like a bare minimum requirement most employees should have. This younger generation can’t seem to be bothered with simple, reasonable questions and are rushed to end the conversation despite having only one customer (myself ) present. Read moreI don’t usually come to this location and I decided to mobile order. This location is about 5 minutes from my house. I ordered online and then immediately got into my car to go pick it up. I was helped promptly and didn’t really have much of an interaction with the staff. I drove the 5 minutes home and was so excited to eat my açaí banana berry bowl. I was soooo disappointed on how watery the blended part of the bowl was. It was so watery and blended even beyond smoothie consistency. It was really challenging to eat and enjoy. Everytime I order this bowl at other locations it’s thickly blended like a bowl should be.
