Ono Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Sacramento

Well even though I explained my order thoroughly I had to go back and take food back twice first after I ask them not to put any cabbage or any of that stuff in my plate because I can't even stand the smell they did it anyway when I asked them to give me double the beef they never once told me okay instead they just didn't do it so I had to go back and buy a separate order of beef then with my chicken it was raw I don't know what's happening when it first opened it was awesome now it's hit and miss so I just don't go as many times as I used to I used to actually go at least once a week it was part of my you know my little tour of what I like to eat but now it's just a hit and miss and I have to be really really really really taking a chance to go because that last time we went my food was too sweet and it was burnt and I guess it just depends on which people you have cooking but yeah hit or miss with me Good luck I pray your meals come out just the way you're supposed to not raw or having to take it back or anything like that I don't wish that on anybody just it turned me off I mean I still got the plate in the microwave cuz I just stopped eating there and usually I sit there and I eat and have a good time eating you know pleasant experience but now when I have to get up and thank God I didn't just pick up my food and bring it home because then I would have had to been driving back in that I would have just thrown it away and been mad this way at least I was there and I brought them their mistakes and then I had to pay for another mistake and then they gave me raw chicken to boot which really...

I bought a gift card and food from this location for my lunch for work and I work night shift sometimes I work 12hrs..the people didn't close the box all the way so when I took the box out of the bag to put it in the fridge for lunch all my food fell out because the box was open..I contacted this location the person refused to give me her name she said I don't have to give you my name and I don't feel comfortable..i asked her for the managers name she refused to give me managers name too..they told me they're not responsible for the box could've just opened and they won't do anything about it. This never happened to me before this was my first time at this location..but they were rude AF really bad customer service disrespectful people..so please people check your boxes if it's closed all the way before leaving that place because they can careless if they didn't close it either way it's your fault...

Guys, this place ain't it. If you want GOOD Hawaiian food, there are so many better establishments to visit than this dumpster fire of a "Hawaiian BBQ." Not only is the service bad, but the employees up front are rude and impatient, the food is subpar at best, and to be honest, I didn't see any social distancing or display of health concerns amongst the employees preparing my food during the visit. All and all, there are just so many better, safer options to go to if you're craving Hawaiian food, and I would HIGHLY suggest you take those options. (I would rate 0 stars...
