I would give a zero if I could. I work in the plaza and decided one morning to call ahead and get to work early to grab a cinnamon and sugar bagel with a chai tea latte. I called 20 minutes before arriving to the plaza and was told it would be ready for me by the time arrived. I got there and let me tell you, this place is a mad house. All of the workers there run around like headless chickens and have no idea what they are doing. I get there and tell them I have a call ahead order and give them my name. They tell me it's right in front of me but I looked at it and told them that it wasn't what I ordered. They get all confused and frazzled from all of the other customer complaints and leave me standing there. I decide to go over to the coffee area and let the man working behind the counter, who I believe was a manger because he was wearing a different uniform, know that I had a call in order and gave him my name. He stands there also looking confused and has a bag and a latte waiting for me on top of the coffee machine. I pay for my order and walk across the parking lot to my work. Having less than 10 minutes now to eat my breakfast. As I sit down to open the bag, I notice that instead of a cninnamon and sugar bagel, I got a bagel sandwich. It is slightly my fault for giving this place the benefit of the doubt and not checking my order while in the building. I walk back over there and hand them back the bagel sandwich telling them that this isn't mine. They hand that order to the right person and I am told to wait while they make my order that they never made. They apologize and I say it's fine but they are making me late to work, which I was. I didn't have time to complain in person and they probably wouldn't have been able to hear me anyways over the loud noises from all of the other customers that had their orders messed up and time waisted. This is the WORST place and has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. This place needs a new manager and trained employees because I walked into a mad house and not a Noah's bagels. I would like to know who is th owner of this location if they are privately owned and let them know that they need to fix this place. It took over 30 minutes to get one thing right, a cinnamon and sugar bagel. It took several people and was a huge let down that made my entire morning rushed and made me...
Read morethe food is usually always good. its just the staff makes me uncomfortable. they give weird stares when i walk in and almost 90% of the time i’ve ordered ive just felt rushed and almost always forget a customization i have on a sandwich or forget my app for points. just yesterday i ordered and gave the cashier my number for points. he didn’t ask if i wanted a receipt he just let it print and then put it to the side. i have really horrible social anxiety so i didn’t ask for it. i left bc i had to go to work within the next hour. i checked my app too see if my points went up and all i see is an order i had from a month ago. idk if its bc i paid with cash this time so the cashier just deleted my number after giving it to him or just didn’t even type it in. but with the prices being raised i like to enter my number to receive free items with all the money i spend. $24 dollars were spent with no points added. these experiences i have are constant. i really enjoy the food which is why i choose to stop by so frequently but everytime i leave im always uncomfortable. im just gonna drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the others noahs bagels and hope i have a better experience. i just needed to write this bc this is genuinely the last time im going to this location due to always have a horrible experience and if nothing is done about the points id just like to let everyone else know how the service is at the...
Read moreOmg! Shmears are freaking amazing!!! Stopped by for a snack and though it can be a bit confusing choosing and ordering, I asked what a "shmear" was and was told that it is just another name for cream cheese. I ordered the special with coffee thinking that I would get two bagels with cream cheese. When I saw that "shmears" are small bite size bagels, I changed my order to a six cheese regular bagel instead. The manager thoughtfully gave me the "shmears" and boom! I was blown away! Yes they are small, but stuffed with cream cheese and enjoyed with a great cup of coffee, I will gladly make this a regular Juant from the other side of town! Thanks for taking care of a soon to be...
