Panda Express — Restaurant in Sacramento

Not sure what changed here but it is not good. I eat here alot won't lie cheaper food and good portions normally. Here is the butt, I oder from her atleast once a week. I telework some days so I order online and during a 30 minute lunch d4ive to pick it up, to come home to missing food or no chicken in the mushroom chicken or very little main dishes. Then just go oh well. But the last several times it's gotten worse. Food missing. Tonight is Mothers Day so I thought lets order Panda get home and half my food is not there. Here is the kicker they were not that busy. Now don't get me wrong the last time I could not drive back so they refunded me. Tonight, I did drive back and complain politely to face a 20 year old manager afraid in his eyes I would make a scene. All I said was I come here alot his staff there have seen me and asked him why what changed and his only response was short staffed. Again the place was slow only a few uber guys waiting for an order. If you made it this far then my suggestion check your orders before you walk out if you order online. I feel sorry for people who pay for Uber. Or just...

Parking and entrance to this location is kind of annoying. I felt it wasn't very easily accessible and honestly sort of confusing. When I arrived there was a few people inside and was a bit unorganized with some people trying to order by the check out or in a completely different line, but they weren't being directed where to go instead they were just left standing there clueless. With that said I spent way to much time in there then I wanted. From start to finish it took me about 50 min just for a plate, to top it off it was missing one of my entrées, my favorite one at that. Food was terrible. They can’t be using real chicken… it’s so fatty and marbled it’s hard to eat without feeling like you’re chewing on a chunk of fat. And this is the “chicken breast.” Portions are tiny. I chose DoorDash and called and asked for sweet and sour on the side since it’s not an option when ordering. I was met with confusion and reluctance. Got one package in the bag. Small size boxes are a joke. It’s sad what this nation has come to with such an increase in costs and for far less quality.
