Online ordering was easy and convenient, but picking up wasn't the most pleasant experience. I was calling to verify the location I was going to and the lady who answered the phone, said they didn't have my order there, but it turns out she just had my last name wrong. Then upon arrival I was double checking my orders to make sure everything was there. Upon inspection it turns out she didn't grab all my items I purchased, when bring this to her attention she rolled her eyes, when she started to ring me me up, I told her: "you know its been prepaid online right?" she proceeded to roll her eyes again and say with an attitude "No I didn't know that!" (TIP: Okaaay lady, if you don''t like your job, get another one) Afterwords I realized I needed to make another purchase, I asked where something was, she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". Then a guy from another register said he was new but pointed me to where he thinks they were. He was right. Upon check out again this time the Assistant Manager was ringing me up (very nice). I told her the girl was rude but the guy was friendly. Hopefully she had a stern conversation with her, before they loose anymore customers. Not saying I won't go back but it wont be...

Saying my experience at Office Depot was unique and awesome 😎 would be an understatement, as they have everything you could possibly think 🤔 of to furnish your new office, or to update your antiquated existing one, from office Chairs, State of the Art Computers 🖥️, Copiers, Desks, Briefcases, Satchels, Ink pens, Backpacks, and so much more. Or if you wanted to, you can get copies, and scan and email your important documents, at a reasonable price and the help there is above and beyond average 🙂 Yes Stephanie and Alexandra are as professional and knowledgeable as they come and was a great 👍 help, they're one of the reasons Office Depot has repeat customers, Five ⭐ Stars hands down, last but not least I'd like to mention Honey a customer that was helpful, Friendly and as sweet as her name, "Thank You Honey" You were a Blessing in Disguise 😚. The lady who was working there, was working her butt off and dealt with the mass rush of customers like a pro! She needs to be recognized for this. I have seen her twice before and both times she is awesome. She was kind and professional in her speech. She handled questions from different people over at a time but would acknowledge each customer as they came in and let them know she would help them as soon as possible. As she kindly and professionally directed people to use the self serve printers as she acknowledged people in line waiting and quickly found out their needs before directing them to a place that may not be helpful. The lady who helped me on May 26th was awesome as I have explained.
