Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

I went today to pick up 2 pizzas that were ordered online no problem. I go up and say hello to the worker there and I could not hear his response because he spoke so lowly and almost completely slurring his words. I assume he was saying hello, and go on to state that I was here to pick up an order for "my name". The employee again says something and I have no idea what he said. I have to go really close to him, almost leaning over the glass guard just to hear that he is working on the 2nd pizza for my order. I say ok and go to sit down; I was here a few minutes after the app stated it would be ready but I understand those are never really accurate and was ok with waiting.

I notice the employee also has a Mountain Dew 2 liter he is presumably drinking out of when he can and has what I think is a family phone call on speaker phone, as I do not believe it was any sort of youtube video or movie; but I really can't tell as he does not respond to anything as he is making my 2nd pizza. I want to note that whatever it was, was not very loud and was not why I could not hear the employee. He finishes up my 2nd pizza and he places both at the pickup area. He says something to me again, but I once again have no idea what he said because they are speaking so low but I confirm that I am good to grab these along with my 2 liter before leaving.

After cooking the pizzas at home, I realized that my special request of asking for crushed red pepper on both pizzas was not added and additionally the stuffed pizza's crust was egregiously large. I've ordered stuffed pizzas from Papa murphy's before and was pretty disappointed to see how much crust was on the one I received in comparison to other stuffed pizzas I've ordered from Papa Murphy's before.

All this to say that for my family, these pizzas were still enjoyable but had some disappoints. Will definitely consider not coming here again or choosing other Papa Murphy's locations and somewhat regret...

I may never visit Papa Murphys again after what happened last night a few minutes before closing time at the location at 5091 Fruitridge Rd Suite 14, Sacramento, CA 95820. I actually was so annoyed that I went to the website immediately to leave feedback about it.

We arrived at a few minutes until 9. I knew the location closed at 9 pm but it doesn't take long to make one pizza.

I went inside and the employee, whose name I found out as I walked out was Don , stopped making the pizza he had in progess for the lady at the counter and snapped at me very rudely and loudly saying "We close at 9! I'm only making ONE more pizza!" I said ok, I only want one. And he just looked at me and stood there. Then I said Oh, you mean the one you're making right now for her? And he says yes. I then told him that the open sign was still on, the location was still open for business. I have been in the food service industry as a cook for over 20 years and normally a food type business takes orders from whoever comes before closing time. I then asked for his name and he muttered something in a really snooty tone as I walked out telling him I would be calling his manager and contacting Papa Murphy's corporate office and...

This location is horrible at putting a pizza together!!!!! Very disappointed in the customer service!! The pizza looked like it was just thrown together in a hurry. No meat on outer edges. All the sausage was in the middle. Very little cheese. The worker had a attitude. Not happy! I've been eating at Papa Murphy's Pizza for a long time and this is the worst pizza I've received and when I called, the worker was rude and wouldn't listen. Don't buy from this location!!!! Again 3/16/22 Horrible service AGAIN!!!!! Pizza toppings don't even go to the edge, so much extra dough, shady on toppings. I asked twice to put in my phone number to receive rewards, employee ignored me and processed my order and I didn't receive my points.
