This place is not trucker friendly!!!
I walked up to the window just now, because I drove a semi truck to the restaurant. All of the employees were staring at me while they were walking back and forth from the window, aimlessly looking and smirking at each other. I was trying to tell them that I am a truck driver and my truck cannot fit. Mind you I was standing here in the drive-thru line for quite awhile , just to be met by poor and ridiculous examples of customer service. Raul came to the window and said " what do you want!?" In a very condescending and disrespectful demeanor. At that point I wanted names of everyone on this shift! He mentioned that "Kelly didn't answer the window because it's not protocol to accept walk ups to the drive-thru window , it's illegal" saying that it's illegal to walk up to a drive-thru window is obviously a completely fictitious excuse. The correct way to handle the situation would be to acknowledge the customers presence and gesture to the customer you'll be with them in a minute ,after you get your manager. Then you and the manager can approach the window professionally , and allow them to explain the situation of them being a truck driver. Not ignoring, approaching the window and walking away multiple times while laughing and giggling at people who are there to pay with their hard earned money. I got zero apology for the poor customer service from the so called "manager" Raul. Instead,he decided to close the window in my face,refusing to give me everyones name involved. So shout out to Raul,Kelly and the other girl for exemplifying absolutely atrocious customer service.
P.S. : The rat problem here is absolutely wild. I didn't even make it out of my truck good before I ran into a 2 rats running around the establishment. As mentioned in previous reviews of this business,there's a large homeless population here as well,so keep that in mind.
I'd recommend saving your money,and going elsewhere, for better...

The cashier started yelling at a customer because he told him they forgot one of his burgers. Cashier doesn't listen, customer in front me ordered; and he didn't even get that right. The customer had to repeat the order twice to him. OK now me, on the menu it's flashing $5 whopper duo then flashing $6 dollar your way i ordered the $5 dollar duo he charges me $6 and I told him it cost $5.40 he said it's 6 the system is updated but yelling at me!! Not my fault that screen said $5 dollars then flashed $6 it's burger King problem not mines what the digital menu says is what im paying but since the cashier chooses to yell i asked for my money back and went to taco bell. He was a Mexican wearing glasses with a mask on or maybe Indian. Can't yell at the customers because, if we don't buy food how will burger King pay him to cashier. Service here sucks i left reviews on Yelp also about the trash service you receive here. Once again if customers don't buy food here how can the workers be paid. "You do not yell at any customer on any level period" Better get it...
ย ย ย Read morenot one to do these reviews but i just have to give my opinion on this. the lady working the drive thru wasnt a good person. monotone voice, dont think it was being rude but she was acting like she didnt have time for me(only 1 other person at the drive thru besides me). then they give me my food. one burger is fine. the other is deadass still hard on the inside lol. like what. so garbage customer service and food uncooked i bet. or was for someone else but they didnt want it anymore since the wrapper of the burger had tons of oil which none of my burgers have ever had. like cmon, i work with customers all day too and that kind of attitude is such a bad way to represent your store. the 2 indian ladies that work there have always smiled and atleast sound like theyre listening to you when ordering your food or responding. so props to them. but the one working today 5/24 around 7:50 was not someone you want in your store especially an employee that talks to customers on a daily basis. put her on cooking duty...
